Service department was able to get our vehicle in for service within 3 days. A Dodge dealership’s service department in MO gave us an appointment in mid-August. That is why we went across the river for service. So glad we did! Randy was especially helpful and kept us informed on a daily basis. We had the vehicle back within a week! Definitely recommend them!!

This was the worst dealership experience of my entire life. If you get Frank in service ask for another rep. I called to make an appointment for which he said he could get me in a week from the day of the call. He took down all my information and the concerns I had with the truck. I had a weird feeling in my stomach that my appointment wasn’t on the books the next week. So I called the day before the appointment to confirm we were good to go. Frank answers. Doesn’t have any record of an appointment under my name. Doesn’t remember my name, doesn’t remember the laundry list of issues with my truck. To top it off once my truck was in and diagnosed I had to call the dealership for which another service writer sent me to Frank’s voicemail instead of helping me. I finally asked for the truck back and didn’t have any service completed. It gets worse… I knew I had some expensive repairs to complete on the truck so I wanted to talk to a sales rep about the possibility of trading in verses paying for all those repairs. Roger the salesmen was pushy, manipulative, and talked over me. Now there are many people who don’t 1. Have experience in sales. 2. Have a life long history driving mopar vehicles (all I have ever owned). 3. Have a mechanical background. 4. Have an understanding of cost vs gross margin and gross profit. Many people don’t like car salesmen and I never minded them until I worked with him. I just moved to Saint Louis three weeks ago. I was looking for a dealership I could trust. I don’t trust sales or service at this dealership. I will not go back ever. They lost a customer for good.

My wife and I purchased a new Jeep from Columbia Chrysler Dodge dealer. Our purchase was very seamless, Salesman Todd and Justin in Finance made the deal with us without pressure. I would buy from this dealer again. We had a problem with the alignment of one of the doors, Todd and the Service Center worked fast to resolve this issue. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and how they handle our problem. I give this dealership 5 stars for outstanding work, thank you!

The Service Advisors at this Dealership are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with. When I show up, I am always treated with respect and honesty. Not only are they helpful, they are always informative. This is just what any car owner should expect. Other dealerships have not been this good to me over the years which is why I choose this location each time I need something.

Best service experience I've had yet! I was pretty upset when my check engine light came on and my car was obviously not running well. I took it to a local shop to run the code and realized it definitely need to be looked at by someone I could trust- so we drove out to Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We left it there on Sunday with the keys in the drop box. I heard back by Monday morning. Not only could they fix the issues that the engine light detected, but they noticed a bearing that needed to be replaced. They were able to accomplish everything the same day, communicated everything with me in a timely and courteous manner, and charged a fair price. Every time I have brought my car to this location for repair, it was accurately diagnosed and repaired- more than I can say for other dealership service centers! This is my go-to place for sure!

I would like to take a few moments to share my appreciation. I knew what I wanted, it was just the matter of finding the right dealership to deliver my Ram 1500 Limited. I searched locally and out of state; as far as Dallas, Texas, for that individual who could sit down with me and discuss options available. Someone who genuinely would tell me, no, to my selections, because there were better options available to fit my needs. After a year plus of questions and answers I found that salesman. His name is Scott Reichert. We spoke a few times on the phone, and finally decided to stop in to see him for an appointment. Without any pressure, he gave me the facts I needed. I left assured that I picked the right company, dealership, and salesperson. This was January 2022, and in April, my truck was delivered. She's a beauty. I'm much satisfied with the outcome. I wouldn't have done it differently. Thank you to the salesmanager, sales representative, and finance officer (Jamie) for making this experience a great one.
