Hands down, the smoothest car buying process I've ever experienced! Andrew White was who assisted me and first, I have to compliment his patience. I went and test drove a car back in July and it just didn't spark my interest. He patiently waited almost two months until I found "THE ONE"! Also, my credit got pretty damaged in 2020 and he helped so much to get me into the car I wanted. He was friendly, thorough, transparent and HONEST. I've had a few terrible experiences with trying to buy a car and this was the EXACT opposite. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Sales- Kurt B had amazing communication the entire process of trying to track down the exact vehicle I wanted. Answered all questions & concerns. And made a great effort to get me the best possible deal for my trade in. I did not feel pressured at any point in the process like you would at most dealers. Financial- Chris C moved mountains to ensure I was taken care of & making the buying processes seem-less. Ensured I fully understood any part of the documentation and what the warranty/packages included. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone & especially fellow active duty service members. I cannot say enough great things about Andrew at Weber Chevrolet! He was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable, fast response time, and SO personable! He was the only salesman/dealer that was able to find me the exact car I wanted within 200 miles of where I live. He did a fantastic job of updating me in my vehicle's transit process and make the whole experience enjoyable. I was greeted with a goodmorning and pictures of my vehicle the day it arrived and the moment he got to work. It made my day :) Fast forward to after purchasing the vehicle, (which he made a painless process as well!) the service light came on within several days. I went to get the Malibu I saw in-line and they had only one. I was greeted as I entered by Mr. Ron Zipperich, From that moment on it was a breeze. This was my first time buying a car on my own. I am a widow on Social Security now. Some money my late husband enabled me to pay for the car in cash. The entire experience was so smooth and easy, I was shocked. The rest of the day was spent going to the bank to get the check and getting insurance. Now I have a very nice car and I am thrilled. The further help was a man named Jim and a very smart lady named Lisa Snyder. I can only sing the praise to everyone when they ask me about my new car. Thank you to all!

We knew what we wanted and going into a market that is on a wait list was a little frustrating. But Scooter helped us through by keeping us updated with any new information there was about shipping of the vehicles. Then when we spoke in person picking up the vehicle he helped us feel comfortable and relaxed through the whole process. Then we met with Jim in the finance department and he was outstanding and well versed when I came to options and the now rapidly changing interest rates. All in all, this experience was great and I will be highly recommending this group of good folks to everyone looking for their next vehicle.

I highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Donnie for the purchase of our new Corvette. There was a year wait to get the car, Donnie kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with updates on the order list. Every-time we made a visit to the dealership from completing the order, extra accessories etc. we were treated like family and he was always prepared for our visit. Donnie gave us his full attention and made the car buying experience super easy and fun; no haggling prices, no surprises just TRANSPARENT. Don introduced us to the Corvette specialist, Ron, and they were just the best dynamic duo.
