I stored my boat at Wrubel RV and Boat Storage for over 5 years , and it was a wonderful experience ! Rarely do you pay for something and get MORE than you expected - but that was the case while storing my boat there !! They worked with me and came up with the exact type of safe , indoor , year around storage that I needed for my boat. When I needed the boat - I just called in advance, and they would have it pulled out and ready for me to pick up. Could not have been a better situation. Service department was able to get our vehicle in for service within 3 days. A Dodge dealership’s service department in MO gave us an appointment in mid-August. That is why we went across the river for service. So glad we did! Randy was especially helpful and kept us informed on a daily basis. We had the vehicle back within a week! Burger was ok and looks just like the pictures on the menu. Tater tots were crispy, slushee was cold and refreshing. Okay service and love being able to order from car or outside dining. I give a rating of 3.3 out of 5. ~Doug

My son is a student at Washington University in St. Louis and needed to a storage unit for the summer. We priced units in St. Louis which were much more expensive. Our willingness to be flexible with a longer drive saved us a lot of money. We were very pleased with the Columbia Gateway Storage Mall. The community of Columbia seems extremely safe and is an adorable small town. The storage facility is gated and has a monitoring system 24 hours a day. It is located in a quiet residential area of town. The customer service provided by the owner Alex Erbs and Daniel has been extremely responsive, professional, and courteous. Both have gone the extra step to answer our questions and provide exceptional service. I would recommend this storage facility, especially to other WASH U families who need storage. ~Gina
