I needed a new AC compressor installed on my vehicle and not only were they the cheapest estimate around Chattanooga, I was also able to finance the repair through EasyPay. Had a great experience! I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get me in and get the parts needed. They really listened to my concerns and even pulled up my previous work order so we could make an educated decision on what to do about my rotors (resurface vs replacing). They educated me on my options and I just felt really good about the time they took explaining and getting everything taken care of for me. Thanks NTB!!! And a special thanks to Aubrey for again listening to my concerns and having his team look a bit deeper into the issue. Will definitely come here again! (Though I hope I don’t need to anytime soon lol)

I had a 2 o'clock appointment for 1 tire, which I scheduled on Friday. They needed to get the tire from the hwy 153 store which is understandable. I called today at 12:30 and was told the tire would be there in an hour or so so I considered my appointment still valid. When I got there at 2:10, the manager said he was about to leave to go get tire. The other store is 17 minutes away. At 3:50 they got the tire here. My truck is still in parking lot and I'm now scrambling to find rides for my 3 kids. Horrible communication and people pleasing at its worst level. Just tell me what you think I want to hear, nevermind the truth. I will never use this place again......Just got home and it's 6:30....I left my house at 1:45 today for an appointment at 2. So ridiculous.

Had an appointment after 3 weeks to install specially ordered tires at noon on a Saturday. They even called the night before to make sure that I would be on time. I showed up Saturday with a person in another vehicle to take me home but they were closed. I called the East Brainerd store and they got me in immediately. They even had the correct tires. I was given an apology a number of times and treated very well. It is a relatively long drive to go here but they have my undying patronage even though the other store is less than 5 minutes away from my house. It is especially sad because I have been going to my local shop since they opened as NTW 20 some odd years ago. 😐

These guys are amazing. After my vehicle completely died on a very busy intersection on East Brainerd road, the manager came out with a battery charger to assist me and see if the problem could be resolved. With no warning of a battery failure, I was at a loss of what it could be. The guys took the vehicle in the service bay and had an answer for me in a matter of minutes. They ran a series of tests and determined that the battery had completely died and caused the vehicle to become inoperable. They replaced the battery and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I will for sure be back to use the team at NTB for my service needs.

Scheduled an appointment online in a matter of minutes to have my tire looked at. Turns out it had a large nail in it and couldn’t be repaired. They were able to replace the tire and do an alignment and I was out the door in under an hour. Couldn’t have been any easier!

Horrible service. I had my tires shipped to the shop and had a 12noon apt. It is 5:28pm and my vehicle is still on the lift. I was told my tires are stiff ( I would imagine that tires are their speciality)and also that one person had an emergency. However, it’s crazy that there was someone that just picked up her car and said she came in for an oil change and she was given a call if she wanted to change her pads yet they are having difficulties managing the work load on them but still call on more work? First, they should take care of the people they have waiting in the lobby and extend their service to replace break pads for a different day. Unfortunately, my husband will not be able to make it to his chiropractic appoinment due to the excessive wait time. It is 5:33 and still no one working on my truck it just has the tires off and on the lift. First and last time I will be here. I politely asked when I came in to see if they were able to perform and oil change but I repent. I would have never imagined this would take so long. I would imagine they would be nicer about it as well. I was told this would take about and hr 30 min or so (give or take). Unfortunately, on a Friday afternoon we are still here since noon. Last update: it is 5:37 and still no luck my vehicle is just on the lift! My suggestion, take your business elsewhere or be prepared to wait hours before getting your vehicle back. And donot have any appointments booked in between! 6:42pm finally out!

Purchased my tires online but chose this shop for the install. Good clean shop and the guys do good work quickly. Just wished Covid was over so their coffee machine was operational.
