Amazing! My car was hit by a tree and I was trapped inside. The front bumper was absolutely ruined. My legs broke and my knees slid upwards out of my flesh. I am crippled. But as soon as my legs were able to move a little I crawled into my car and sparks began to fly as I drove my crunched up car to the firestone. My front tires were demolished, the rubber had fallen off while I was driving and the rims were no longer circular. I pulled into the shop and Sam was there to greet me. He was covered in oil and slime but he hopped in my car and moved it into the garage. When he finished, my car could move without sparking! We cracked open some cans of sardine paste together and spoke about turkey. All together, the cost of repairing my car to a functional degree was only $40,000. I drive a 2005 Pontiac that I call the Grand Damn. This car has been with me for over 20 years now. I have done a lot of things with a lot of men with this car.

Had a flat on the way home with no spare. Called Firestone to make sure they had a tire. Tow truck delivered the car and immediately started working to repair the tire and get me on my way. Top notch service.

I took my car in so they can inspect my air leak in one of my tires. I seen the pin hole where it was prior to taking it in. During the checkout the clerk shared with me that they made a mistake while trying to fix my tire, and gave me a new tire. Horrid experience. I had to come in 6 times before eventually leaving with more issues with my car than when I arrived. They also told me I needed a new battery when mine was completely fine. They broke my ignition and now I only have 1 usable key with a budget level ignition that isn’t smooth. Broke my automatic chair in addition to my rear window not working anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS they’re also the most expensive in the area. I only went to them because of convenience but never again.

I was forced into doing business of buying a tire because I had a blowout on the freeway. I would normally give a five-star review but because I was traveling then forgetting to put my lug nut cover on my wheel after they install the tire I bought has been a little inconvenience. Other than that things went well.

Me and my girlfriend were visiting chattanooga from Georgia and we had just pulled into the aquarium parking lot when we heard the dreaded “psssssssssss” sound. Unfortunately I had a nail in my rear passenger side tire. Thanks to this Firestone location I was able to get the flat tire off my car and hitch a ride over to them and they had a new tire on the rim within 10 minutes, and me and my girlfriend were able to enjoy the rest of our visit in Chattanooga. Took a grand Cherokee in for a rough idle, and while they weren’t able to determine the cause and ultimately had to go to the dealer, they were extremely helpful and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend using them.

I’ve used this location a few times for minor repairs, but important to me. Headlight and wipers change, tire leak, etc. They have always been busy but gave great service regardless. They are professional, upfront, and do quality work. Honestly, I felt like I should have paid more for the work they provided . Thank you for being there and taking care of your customers.

We were having so many issues with my husband’s vehicle and the prior 3 shops we went to were a nightmare. We got to the point of just wanting to give up. We definitely felt frustrated and defeated. Until we met the manager (Isaiah) at this location. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy person we have met in this business. He went above and beyond and not only fixed the issue but also pointed out other things that could help the vehicle run smooth and not give us so many issues.
