The food is dry and over cooked. I waited 20 minutes for super greens to be made after asking once I first walked in. Then I asked again and they said I need to wait an additional 5 minutes, which turns into 10. They failed to cook them and made everything else that was already plentiful. Just make sure you have time and patience if you have to come to this location. I would suggest going to another location before dealing with this location.

The prejudice here at this place, is right in your face. I wouldn't let a homeless dog eat at this place. The food was the worse I ever had. I wonder where they are getting the meat from? It really doesn't have the texture of chicken at all. Very disappointing experience, to say the least!

Their rice quality went down after the pandemic. The rice is the smallest rice that is used to probably feed birds. Shrimps tasted still good, but boy they should certainly invest getting some good rice 🌾

Food is overpriced for quality. They have really jacked up the prices. Manager is very mechanical and can be a bit rude. Portions are not what they used to be. Tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. This location never has hot mustard. The manager always says the company doesn't have any due to shortages. The other locations I visit always have some. Ni think she just doesn't order correctly. I am done with Panda Express.

I ordered mushroom chicken and only ended up getting chicken. I had no mushrooms at all. Word of advice: if you guys don’t have a certain selection how about you inform the customers or put a sign out stating you don’t have it. Had I would of known you guys didn’t have mushrooms to go inside the mushroom chicken I would of just went to a different Panda Express. Thanks for letting me waste my money. I won’t be back.

First of all, Panda Express wasn't on my wish list yesterday, it was their next door neighbor, 5 Guys Hamburger joint. To make a long story short, a MUST go to place, to get your burger, hotdog, fries, and all of the amenities for a good burger fix, then, look no further. Happy trails to you, until we meet again.

I’m very disappointed. I Ordered food through Uber eats. When order came it was orange chicken instead of chicken breast and green beans. What was more frustrating is that the associate who answered the phone said this dish was no longer offered but when I looked at all of Panda Express menus the chicken and green beans is on all of the menus. What’s the point of ordering off a menu if can’t get what you ordered. Not sure if the associate was correct in saying the item had been discontinued.

The food at Panda Express 8505 Main St Houston is fresh and tasty, and the restaurant’s service is outstanding. The employees including the manager always help me professionally and friendly on my numerous visits, and the whole team work hard together to attend the customers during their frequent busy times.

The food from here is no comparison to a proper Chinese restaurant in terms of flavour and quality, it is the same way as comparing the gourmet burger in a restaurant to what you get at a fast food place, Panda express is nothing bit a Chinese fast food place. I would not be back, unfortunately.
