In the past, I have actually really enjoyed the food here. It used to be my go to for Chinese food in Lancaster, but I went last night and the food was absolutely awful. The food was dry, the beef in the beef and broccoli dish was so tough I couldn’t chew it. There was no seasoning whatsoever in any of the dishes I ordered and it tasted as if the fried rice was sitting under a hot light for some time which might have explained why there weren’t any customers in the restaurant. Lastly, customer service and being friendly has never been a strong area at this restaurant, but I’m almost willing to tolerate the attitude if the food is spectacular, but unfortunately it’s not. I need to find me another spot. The lady manager at this restaurant should do better and at a minimum read and respond to these comments in a way that shows she actually wants the business. Good day.

Just called and order they don’t have wings right now. They don’t do combo plates with shrimp fried rice and general tso. They come in separate dishes. That’s different I’m from north and everyone does it lol didn’t even order girl had a attitude answered phone

Had the combination fried rice, wasn't satisfied, portion too small for 9$ then it had a few pieces of chicken, no beef but some chopped pieces of ham & shrimp, tasted like it was frozen & unthawed to cook. Service was nice but I don't think I'd recommend it to anyone but everyone's taste buds are different, it was a miss for me.

Food was hot but seemed old I've got the sesame chicken and I've never seen pieces of chicken this small and the jumbo shrimp tasted like the store bought ones at Walmart. The Walmart ones are better at least for the shrimp and also with the fried shrimp I found a piece of a wire from one of the wire sponge.Just a waste of money

Don’t order from these mfs.. customer service nasty asl.. they close at 10pm per the menu but the driver goes home when he wants to.. this the 2nd week inna row.. 1 star cuz that’s all that’s the minimum.. 0 stars if I could give it!

I'm sorry, all the time that I come here they never got hot oil sauce. When you ask the cashier she always is on a bad mood. I think she is the owner. Food is good costumer service is poor.

I’m convinced these ppl do not like ppl … When u wlk thru the door ,, they do not speak , Just look at u… After I spoke “ Hello how are u” …They look with a stale face and still didn’t speak back… The owner (I’m assuming) have the kids working the register && ALL OF THEM have attitudes… The whole family is TERRIBLE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ,, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!! And the orange chicken was soggy and soaked in sauce that tasted like orange dish soap and the rice was unevenly cooked some was hard and crunchy NEVER COMING BACK

I’ve been here twice. 1st time their service was very bad. I figured it was because they were about to close. I’m like okay, you guys are tired. I tired them again not closing time. Service was just as bad. I get the pepper steak and it’s actually good. I asked for steam rice and got what they call fried rice. It’s Mexican rice. For that I can make Mexican rice and call it fried rice. I order a combination fried rice with extra shrimp I didn’t get extra shrimp. It was Mexican rice with beef, chicken and 3 small shrimp. I order Kung Pao Chicken with streamed rice. I got extra nuts and again Mexican rice. I paid close to $33.00 for food that was not worth it. Neither the food or the service is worth going back for. Got 2 stars because the pepper steak has a good taste to it. Other than that I’ll take my hard earn money elsewhere.

Hands down best Chinese food had in a very long time! Tons palace used to be the spot but quit going to them way back when. New Win Hing is by far the best place to grab your next meal. I would give them a ten ⭐ I had the Triple Hunan as well as the egg drop soup. Be careful opening the soup though it's in a plastic container and it's extremely hot. Soup may splatter. I actually love their fried rice. I can't remember the last time I had decent fried rice. Go get yours today!
