I go in and order a 33.57$ order I had a 50 dollar bill. They tell me they don't have change at 5pm?! I had to drive to another location smh I'd give it zero stars if I could

Best pizza ever. The customer service is too tier, some of the best customer service ever. Sometimes there is a wait on the pizza buts it worth it cause it comes out fresh which makes it the best. They get busy sometimes, but they have hard workers that work their best to get the job done.

Pizza taste great. Try to call in to place my order for pick up was unable to place order over the phone no live person answer just a recording saying to please order online which I also try and did work either. Taste of pizza was good for my buck

Went to get my son a cheese pizza and the little Hispanic lady at the register states she wasn’t taking orders at the register only online ?? Wth like she doesn’t want to do her job.. I eventually went to another place cause that’s beyond ridiculous

I am not for sure who the lady was but she was very rude! 0 starts! I guess she was upset bc she was busy! However I was nice about waiting! Until she kept telling me to wait like I wasn’t already waiting patiently! This happened around 3:00 pm today! I will take my money else where!

On 3/8/22 I visited Little Caesars around 8:30. The store had issues with the register. This is not about food quality but customer service under pressure. This led to not being able to make a purchase. The young AA lady was so friendly and fixated on making sure that my patience was rewarded. I don't know what her position is but she's definitely customer service oriented and probably would function better as crew lead or manager.

I don't know who owns this store but patrons are spending money at this location not have to wait. Hot-N-ready! It's not hot and hardly ready. The language barrier is also an issue. All I get this is all we have right now. Is anything working at this store. Tonight, I walked in and the cash register is not accepting a thumb print. Is there not a back plan?

Customer service is terrible. The lady at the front counter is rude and terrible. She leaves the line long by running back and forth to the kitchen talking to employees. She charge me 10.00 for a hot and ready and a 2 liter. When l grab the soda she she claims l didn't pay for it. I had to show proof that l did by providing my receipt. No apology or nothing was given. She is a terrible employee and very rude and inconsiderate. She says hot and ready not available until ten minutes but pizza be sitting in the heater getting hard and old. She doesn't keep track with her orders and she doesn't provide good customer service.

- 0 stars would suffice for this place. Twice I’ve been duped! No sauce on pizza! First time I figured accident and had compassion that they are short staffed especially with COVID, but 2X!!!!?? Is incompetency! I called them but they left phone off hook. I heard them in the background the entire time!! It stayed off hook from house and until I drove back to business and that’s when I ended the call. The lady at front desk was apologetic and I can imagine the stress of no help, she will be looking for another job soon.

I ordered two pizza's, a meat lovers with hamburger, Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, & Jalapeno's. The second pizza was a deep dish with stuff crust Italian sausage. This pizza look like they took one piece of meat and stuffed it into each piece of cut pizza. Will never order there again. My meat lovers was a mess when I received it. I took one look at it and told them the pizza was not worth the cost and told them they need to do better. I will never go back again. Very Dissatisfied the results. I paid too much ($31.76). Never AGAIN!!!!!!
