Yoooo i went to the Lancaster location, best wings I’ve ever had hands down!! I’m talking TOP NOTCH and the lady behind the counter was super cool & helpful on favor recommendations(it was my first time)!! Wings were cooked to perfection & dripping with sauce, my dry wings were seasoned just right and had my taste buds jumping for joy!!! I’ll make that 22 min drive from East Dallas every time!

I stopped in to grab some wings.. cuz this is my favorite spot(I go to MLK) Vincent is a hardworking, service oriented individual who communicated frankly as he was the only one working at that time. I stayed patient as he let me know that he was finishing other orders. I watched 5 other people come and go to pickup orders. I was still in and out with my 42 pc family meal in about 25 minutes. Way to go! Highly recommended when you’re in South Dallas

1. these girls there have no respect, i ordered a 15 piece, 5 mango, 5 spicy lemon pepper & 5 hot AF. i received 5 Mango, & 10 regular lemon pepper. I asked to speak to a manager because i wanted a refund and they would not let me talk to one and said i had to take the food back to get a refund. i live 30 mins away. if that was the case i could’ve went back to get my food fixed. bad experience. also one was yelling in the back with an attitude. maybe y’all should read the receipts CORRECTLY. and give out what we paid for.

Guy with Afro and glasses has a terrible attitude. He barely said a word to me. There was BBQ sauce spilled in my bag and I went back inside and politely asked for another bag, he rolled his eyes at me. Won’t be returning. Customer service is terrible.

We came in close to closing and they assisted us with a smile, were very funny interacting with us. This was our first time here and we'll definitely be back. The chicken was very good and the selection was great. We look forward to coming back and trying new flavors. Keep up the great work staff.

I was very dissatisfied my wings wasn't flavored right or well cooked! My fry's taste old and salty ! The service was bad and I don't plan on ever going back to this location 😔 almost 20$ gone down the drain! Y'all need some new cooks period!

First coming in to order the food it was load music playing Extremely loud, as if you were entering a club. Second the young lady that was taking the order greeted my fiancee saying WHAT. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Third the wings were friend so hard that you could hardly chew them it was more crisp then meet, not to mention they were very small. Very Unsatisfied

First time here, wings are indeed small but the flavor is definitely there. I got lemon pepper hot and honey hot, both flavors were great. The homemade ranch was very good. The seasoning on the fries was delicious. Oh and the daiquiri was good. Everything was better that I expected seriously. I will definitely be eating here again and highly recommend.
