Ordered from here for delivery through one of the services, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with fried rice. The chicken looked just wrong... the color was very very concerning but I gave it a try anyways the there clumps of slime in it. 0 flavor to begin with but something was definitely wrong with the dish itself. The fried rice smelt and tasted weird as well. Over all I'm extremely upset I wasted 20$ on food that ended up in the trash because it was literally inedible! The food was seriously concerning in look and taste.

First off, the food. General Tso's chicken - wasn't spicy at all. The sauce was more like thinned down sweet & sour sauce. The pot stickers dipping sauce was good. The pot stickers didn't taste all that great. Very bland. Spring rolls were too crusty and hard to chew, the flavor was wrong. The fish was okay. The Mai Fun was very bland - but edible. The atmostphere - The music was way too loud. And Chinese club music is irritating when you are sitting there trying to eat your meal and you can't even hear yourself think. There was plenty of places to sit, and the speakers cover most of the area. So, between the loud music & screaming, unruly kids, bland tasting food - there wasn't much to enjoy. The one thing good that I can say about the place is that they had plenty of choices to choose from where the food was concerned, they weren't short on choices. Would I eat there again? Most likely not. The music was too loud.

Overpriced. Ridiculously hot in the building to the point of nausea. $49 for 3 people who were too miserable to eat more than one plate of food and a couple pieces of fruit. The food itself was bland and room temperature. This was my second visit, the first was during lunch and it was a similar experience. I am ok with not going back.

Foods decent. Horrible workers. Everytime my spouse and I go we always get moved to a table in the very back even though we were seated somewhere else originally. Also we always get forgotten about, no drink refills at all. We stopped going for a few months went back today to see if the experience would be better and it was worse. Honestly just asked for our money back and walked out.

This is my go to place always the workers are beyond nice and helpful my 2 year old son has autism he is frightened easily and he loves the workers here and he's usually very shy the food is always amazing and fresh. My son is a very messy eater and one of the workers washed my son's hands for him and was so patient with him I loved it this was an over the top experience for me.

The dumplings were so thick and raw and the fried dumplings had no effort thrown into them. The sushi was left out for a very long time and I instantly became nauseous when. The one star given is definitely because our waitress was so kind and checked on us everyone once and awhile. I miss the effort you guys used to have today was the last time I visit the china palace super buffet.

I’ve never ordered from here before, but i know I’ve ordered chicken fried rice and it’s never looked like this. First of all the meat literally looks like something I’d give my dog the rice was just straight yellow i tried putting soy sauce on it and trying it before i judged but the rice was completely hard and even tried the chicken and it was chewy. So it definitely became dog food after that. Horrible first experience and will not be coming back (edit just showed my family and friends and they said the chicken doesn’t even look cooked so hope i don’t get sick)

Not impressed. Everything was fried and filled w grease, nothing had any flavor. everything I ate was cold or at best Lukewarm. Nothing hot. Had to ask for food to be refilled while employees walked around and ate off the Buffett. Watched one employee take a pair of tongs off the Buffett, stir 5-6 dishes, lift the pan on 4 diff warmers to check water levels, then put tongues back in the food. Saw it happen a couple times during our visit. Was told the hibachi grill closed early for the evening due to lack of customers. Will not go there again. After eating the first few dishes my friend didn’t feel right. After leaving my friend got sick multiple times from something eaten here.

Have not eaten here since before covid. The pork, beef and chicken were of very low quality even for a buffet. Very chewy and gritty. Shrimp wasn't too bad. The sauces and sweet/sour sauce were very watered down with very little taste. The atmosphere was nice but hard to enjoy because it was so hot. The bright spot was the staff were friendly and helpful!

Came to this place because it was rated better than the other restaurants. Would NOT recommend. Food was completely cold. Shrimp was not cooked well. Dessert pastries were so dry I dropped it o. My plate and it sounded like a ROCK . I usually do not leave reviews. But I would rather save people some money and good service.
