The body shop was recommended by our insurance company. They did a great job repairing our Honda CR-V. Appointments were on time, work was done as promised. I do have some questions that I need to follow up, but so far I am happy with the repairs.

My wife and I have purchased two used Volvos from this dealership. Previously, the service experience here was quite good. Since the previous service manager retired, things seem to have gone downhill fast. Our XC90 developed an ignition switch issue, which isn't uncommon for that model. Though the dealer explained it was a 3-hour job, they also said it would basically be a month's wait to get it fixed. The dealer explained they did not have enough technicians to get the car in promptly for service. I am aware the dealer knew before the pandemic that they had technicians retiring. Why management at the dealership failed to replace any of them is a mystery to me? No loaner was offered to us. That left us with a car the dealer had just put a $1200 worth of tires that we can't reliably drive anywhere because don't know if it will restart. We couldn't replace the ignition switch ourselves or hire another shop to do it because Volvo has the process locked out through their software. We complained to Volvo North America. That got things sped up a little bit. We the car was returned to us, the dealer had broken a piece of painted trim on the outside of the door and wanted us to pay to replace it. The whole job cost around $1000, so I felt they should eat the cost of the $66 part THEY broke. The car was also returned to us with evidence it was jumped(dead battery from sitting on the lot so long) but the jumper terminal covers were snapped back into place. The passenger's seat was left fully reclined for some odd reason. I would be hesitant to buy another car from this dealership. If the car they sell you breaks, it's not clear to me they can get it fixed for you in a timely fashion.

This is how McLaughlin's service department says that Subaru wants them to mount all front license plates to Their Brand New $30,000 Crosstreks, with this Hillbilly After Market Holes. And guess what, It's my Problem Now so Live with It. The closest other Dealership is 2& a half hours away so You better Show McLaughlin's Total Respect!

I came in looking at a different car, after finding out that wasn’t for me the team here were very understanding and let me test drive an Outback. The test drive and service environment were fantastic, very low pressure and easy to work with. I am walking out a first time Subaru owner, who is very pleased with the quality of service that Kris and Jeff provided. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Both were helpful and understanding. No tricks, just good cars!

I'm normally apprehensive when it comes to purchasing a new car. However, the staff at McLaughlin was incredible; they were exceptionally courteous and professional. They made the entire experience an enjoyable (and fun) one for my family. Kelly was our salesperson and she took care to answer all of our questions honestly and with great detail. In short, she was wonderful. Another great thing about this dealership is the service department; set up to get you in and out of there quickly and with the confidence knowing you were taken care of fairly - Beth was really great, she will make sure you get the best service!
