Only issue was after a couple of days the check engine light came on and within a week of check engine car stopped working properly and there was supposedly 5 things wrong with it and only 2 of the 5 were covered under wearenty. Wish they did a better check on the car but the sales process was very smooth in my experience

Had a 9AM APPOINTMENT. Drove 1.5 hrs and the truck didn't even get into the shop till around 1:30pm because of previous days jobs. Do NOT schedule appointments if you can't do them on time. If you don't have enough time in the day to complete a job then do not start the job. The services department dissapoints me and needs better management.

BUYERS BEAWRE, PLEASE READ!!! As someone who worked sales for years i can PROMISE you will be better at any other dealership. Please go to KC Summers, Diepholz Auto, ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I will start by saying we purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. We loved the vehicle at the time of test drive however the CHECK ENGINE light came on few minutes into our test drive. We returned the car back to the lot and they PROMISED us (one of many false promises) they would get the car repaired so we could buy it. We then got a call from Michael Howell (Sales person) that the car had been repaired. We then bought the car just for ALL THE SAME LIGHTS TO COME ON WITHIN 24 HOURS! The Jeep went back 4 Times in 2 1/2 Months of ownership to be repaired. We finally got to the point we expressed we felt like we were sold a LEMON. They agreed to get us out of the car and into something new AT OUR LOSS. They Kept our entire $4000 Down payment from that jeep. Ready for the catch... We then were told they would "BUY US OUT" ONLY IF WE BOUGHT A CAR OFF THERE LOT. Then had the Audacity to share a post on Facebook saying "Returning customer". We didn't return by our own will we returned forcefully. To Continue they have reposted our JEEP AT $3000 MORE THEN WHAT WE BOUGHT IT FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO! They are scam artist. Someone will be stuck with that lemon because god knows they don't fix anything they say they are going to. My parents also bought a car from there two months ago just to get the same poor services we did. Our sales person was not honest slightly and the General Manger (Scott) is extremely disrespectful and will hang up on you when you express concerns. So again PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SO MANY REPUTABLE DEALERSHIPS IN THIS AREA PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE LOSS. GO ELSEWHERE. I put money down on a jeep. It was still advertised online and at a cheaper price. Would not honor cheaper price. Randy just kept saying it was a mistake. We made 2 4 hour round trips to purchase this vehicle and they did not even fill the gas tank for us. Very poor customer service as far as I'm concerned. I cannot believe that the price would have been lowered $500 without their permission. Buyer beware

Make sure you have a diagnostic test done before purchasing. I traded a perfectly good suv in for a vehicle that I was told they would fix and now that they know how much parts are they backed out on fixing it. Although they are willing to fix the brakes which is the cheapest job that needs to be done. After getting the brakes fixed I will not return.

Great experience. I live in Birmingham, AL and found a used car at Pilson in Mattoon, IL. I talked to Terry McFarland and he gave me the details and sent a video. Terry was very helpful and honest. I stressed that before I made a 450 mile trip, make sure the car was as described and everything worked. He assured me it was up to par. He was right. It was everything I expected. I purchased 5 cars from long distance and I must say this was my best experience. Great facility and nice people. No surprises. Refreshing. Keep up the good work!

Stay clear from this dealership! They do not service their trucks very well. During my test drive of my truck I had a message that popped up that said service air filter and they wouldn’t even put a new air filter in the truck then on my way home after purchasing the truck I got a message that says service fuel filter. Again no help from the dealership me another dealership at another automotive place tried to remove the fuel filter cap and it was on so good that nobody could get it off so I did buy a whole new housing that cost me $450. Then I had turn signals out and they would not replace those that was only $25 my cost but the fact is they would not replace them. Then to top it off I had a cosigner for the truck I was too bring the paperwork back with me have my cosigner sign it because I’m from Indiana and overnight it back to them and I had until 15 May to do this. As soon as I gave them confirmation that the paperwork was in the mail and they would have it the following morning they report the truck stolen and have it towed clear back to Illinois after I give a $5000 down payment signed all the paperwork and they put a paper plate in my window. Then they hold onto the truck for a week saying they’re waiting for funding approval and my bank says that the day that I drove off the lot they had the funding approval or else I wouldn’t have been able to drive it off the lot. Keep in mind I had until the 15th to get the paperwork back they reported it on the 11th knowing that they’d have the paperwork the morning of the 12th and then wanted me to pay the tow bill. Now my paper plate expires today I go and get my license plates they didn’t give me all the paperwork that I need in order to get that so now I have to call the bank wait for the title to be sent to me before I can get it plates. Not to mention another phone call to the attorney. Whatever you do run from this place. Read the reviews I wish I would have before I bought the truck there’s a reason that they are low in numbers on reviews

The staff is so friendly and they work so hard to get you into a vehicle that actually works for you, they don't just go for the quick sale. The do what they can to help.
