They didn't have the original dark meat that I wanted and the pop corn chicken was like the end of the bag wasn't any chicken in them pieces I was very disappoonted

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal, was asked what kind of dipping sauce even. I was charged for this meal. I had to travel a few miles and when I got to my destination and opened the bag I had a $5.00 chicken bowl and that was it. I tried to call Charleston KFC and no one would answer. In this day and age it is uncalled for with how expensive everything is!

This Store can't seem to get it right....My man orders a 3 pc, specifically tells them include a breast in that...Nope, he got 2 thighs and a little leg....I don't think these young people even know the difference....but if I am paying that kind of price for a three piece, you better make sure there is a piece of WHITE meat in there...White meat is a Breast and a Wing.....Show this store the difference...I normally wouldn't say anything but this is the 3rd time I have given them a chance. NO more...

Very polite, clean, and accommodating. Came here with my parents and they agree food is Awesome ,staff is polite, the tables clean and restrooms too. Will be coming back.

Spent at least 10 minutes waiting for my food. Got home and turns out they forgot my chicken and cheese for my potato bowl. Husband order chicken extra crispy and it was only original.

6 PC hot wing(unsauced) ended up being bloody. The supervisor stated that they are shipped to them in a bag and all they do is drop them in the fryer. There is no way for them to check and/or know if they are fully cooked or not. So, just be aware that the recommended time that they put these in the fryer may not be enough time to fully cook the chicken. The supervisor did give me my money back though.

I took them back and got my money back. However, the manager did say that the hot wings are shipped to them in a pre-packaged bag and they put them in the fryer for the time corporate tells them to. So, just beware if ordering this wings.

These are the sounds of the hard workers. From the drive thru. To the line, to the cook. Everyone and everything is a perfect thing. Personally my favorite Joint in town. It's insane to think that they don't make m. From a honest and fan. Thank you for your service.
