I like Planet Fitness. The Sulphur, LA location is always clean and well staffed. My only complaint: When I transferred my membership from Anytime Fitness to Planet Fitness, both were open 24/7. But every since the Covid thing, PF is no longer operating 24/7. I like being able to go to the Gym at midnight. I want my life back PF.

I appeciate the time spent cleaning the facility. I have watched and noticed a few of the employees dedicate time to make sure the equipment and the gym floors are well maintained. I have been in gyms for over 40 years and can honestly say, Planet Fitness in Sulphur is the cleanest. Keep up the good work, we all notice! Thank you

I love the cleanliness of the gym and the attitude of the employees. The energy there is also amazing, other guests will kindly help you with something if they see you struggling and people are given their own space at the same time.

The manager Amanda at the Sulphur, La location is extremely rude and non professional. She has that alpha type personality that only she can talk and won’t listen to what you are saying and constantly talking over you. If you keep talking when she tries to talk over you she hangs up on you and then calls an employee at the location and proceeds to have that employee call you names like illiterate and tell you to get out of her store when your trying to fix an issue where they have been double billing you. I have been trying to get this issue fixed for well over a year and have had her friends of mine have this same issue. We have went up to the location now 4 times to fix this same exact issue and all she can say is it’s fixed now you need to leave but will provide no proof that it is actually fixed.. when the employee told me she called my fiancé illiterate and I said she really said that he just smirked and said yea! . This place must be having problems finding good employees especially to have a met like that in that because she is not professional at all and they have lost our business for sure. I honestly hope whoever the general manager or owner of this store sees this review and does something about this lady or they will be losing a lot more business
