Visiting Denham Springs for a family reunion. Found two boxes close by. One was closed and Crossfit Upshot was the other. Boy am I glad I kept driving and went to CF Upshot! Hit the Rooster Crew class at 05:00. I was welcomed by the staff and all the members immediately. The programming was awesome and the facilities are perfect!! Came back the next morning and met the owner who was coaching. Great guy with LOTS of coaching knowledge. HIGH:Y recommend this box and will be back for sure on my way through Denham Springs!!

Was in town visiting family, and dropped-in at CrossFit Upshot for the past five days. This box has everything you need to get your work done. The Coaches were knowledgeable and engaging. True to the CrossFit community, Upshot's staff and their Athletes displayed hospitality second to none.

I joined 4 months ago and have lost about 7 lbs going 2-3 times per week and not changing my diet at all. I'm actually eating more to have more energy to workout. My resting heart rate is also down from in the 70s to the low 60s. I wouldn't have done it without the accountability you get from an awesome crossfit group!

Great owners, great teachers, great members- family atmosphere! This is my first month and I am below novice level- everything is scaled. I bring my 6 year old to Upshot Juniors and he loves it! Not your typical gym/not your typical workout. Believe me, if I can do this then anyone can. Check them out, first 2 classes are on the house!
