Best gym in Denham Springs, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Visiting Denham Springs for a family reunion. Found two boxes close by. One was closed and Crossfit Upshot was the other. Boy am I glad I kept driving and went to CF Upshot! Hit the Rooster Crew class at 05:00. I was welcomed by the staff and all the members immediately. The programming was awesome and the facilities are perfect!! Came back the next morning and met the owner who was coaching. Great guy with LOTS of coaching knowledge. HIGH:Y recommend this box and will be back for sure on my way through Denham Springs!! ~Rex
