Usually decent service. Brought a battery in to get tested, kept it to charge. Told me it was good the next day, it was dead. Brought to Autozone and it tested bad, bought an autozone battery.

The young man behind the counter told me that they didn't have the part that I was looking for when in fact they did have the part that I was looking for. The young man showed a lack of initiative for the job that he was getting paid to do. I can't recommend to anyone to come here for parts if their telling people that they don't have the part they need when in fact they actually do.

Well the first time I walked in that store, and I am a female, they totally ignored me and the guy that walked after me, they greeted and asked him if he needed any help so I just kept walking and decided I’ll just look for what I need myself and couldn’t find it and so I kinda looked at the front desk kinda looking for help and still totally ignored and 2 guys were helping one guy and not one even looked at me and ever spoke a word to me, so I walked out and said I would never go there again. Today I thought I would give them another chance since they are so close so I called but not that they didn’t have my part but didn’t even hardly say anything and definitely did not say bye on phone. I am so done with Oreilly

The guys here were incredibly helpful. Been having horrible luck with vehicles lately and they helped relieve a little stress by making sure I got the best deal on what was needed. Very friendly. These guys will be my go to guys.

Fought battery cable end ALL day call (my daughter said his name was Mr. Tom hope that's right didn't get the other gentlemens name) told me to bring it up there and we would see what needed to be done. So I got there at 8:30pm he fixed it for me, he will never understand how much I appreciated his help. They are AWESOME!!!
