I was on my way to Texas from the Carolinas, and my Honda Odyssey broke down. I ended up staying at a hotel, and the nearest car parts place was bumper to bumper. I had never heard of a bumper to bumper, but I took a chance and received the BEST customer service I had received in a while. Specifically the store manager Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had to replace my alternator and battery, and they had everything I needed to do the job. Thank you guys so very much!!!

I went to this parts store looking for help. Diesel parts and mechanics are hard to find when you’re out of town. The very nice woman working the front counter was very helpful and sweet. She did all she could to help me find the right people and parts to get back on the road. I ended up getting connected with one of the best diesel mechanics around. Arcadia was so welcoming to me (a long haired city boy and treated me and my girlfriend as if we were locals.
