I received a phone call earlier today from a female at this location telling me that I need to change my plan because the one I have will no longer be available. She asked for my pin. I refused and contacted boost from my app. I was told they will NEVER call me, my plan is fine and I need to block the number. It seems an employee at this location may be scamming customers. They have a sign, at the Sulphur, LA store, that says $6,29/pack of Camel 99's, when you buy 2. The manager removed the 2 from the price on the sign and says since the price doesn't have the 2, that she doesn't have to honor the deal. The regular price is $7.69. This is immoral and wrong. ~Tony

I have been going to this location for a month now and it is the best location I have visited and worked out in. Great selection of equipment for all of your needs, some I had never seen at other locations before and the staff there is very helpful. The location is kept very clean and the members are very respectful with the equipment including sanitation and racking of the weights when they are done. Highly recommend if you want to give it a visit or if you're new to the healthy ways of life and are seeking a location that will satisfy and push your goals forward. ~Alfonso

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They do not get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I was told on several occasions that my meds would be ready on a certain day and it still took over a week to get. Switching pharmacy as of today. ~Tammy

Ordered cakes for their fundraiser in December. The parents paid coach Jerry for all the cakes and he has yet to send me payment. This has been over 6 months ago. Every time I contact him he promises to pay then never does it’s just a matter of time before this gym goes under. You can not run a successful business when you are dishonest and don’t pay your bills ~jeannie

I took our company RV to have the battery changed. Johnathon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. A simple battery change turned into a little over an hour job for him. He was very professional and patient never complained, and made sure it was done right. If you ever go in ask for him, I promise you will not walk away unsatisfied!! ~Tara

I appeciate the time spent cleaning the facility. I have watched and noticed a few of the employees dedicate time to make sure the equipment and the gym floors are well maintained. I have been in gyms for over 40 years and can honestly say, Planet Fitness in Sulphur is the cleanest. Keep up the good work, we all notice! Thank you ~CJ
