Worst KFC. Non existent customer service. Bathroom stench hits you before you open the door. Chicken probably criminally undercooked. Go to the express convenience store next door, buy a bag of cheap frozen chicken, take it home, cook it, and enjoy a cheaper meal without the food poisoning.

Ordered a 8 peice chicken dinner.Chicken wasn't fully cooked and the biscuits were undercooked.75% of the crispy had fallen off the chicken and was in the bottom of the bucket.Very disappointed and will not recommend or return.

After going in 3 times to get my food corrected after sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins with no one answering they still managed to get the food wrong

Hadn't been to this location in over 2 years due to a horrible experience. Was very glad I decided to try again! Restaurant was clean and looked nice. Staff was pleasant and friendly! Food was hot, tasted good and cooked well!

It is no wonder Mattoon Il KFC has no business. I can see making one mistake but when you mess up a bucket (6pieces out of 8) and 2 other meals you are not running your restaurant properly. Ordered a 3pc dark meal 2 legs and a thigh and got 2 beasts and a wing one cole slaw which was supposed to be 2. Got a 5pc strip meal. More like chicken nuggets (with bones in them). Then the rude shift leader wanted to try to not refund me when I took the food back in. I will never go there again!!! Definitely avoid it!

I went here lastnight for dinner 11/2/21 and ordered a 3 piece white meat meal for $12.91 and this is what I got 2 extra small pieces and a chicken breast that was bloody on the inside with a smashed biscuit! But what really made me mad is when I went back to KFC to discuss this with the workers they seen me coming inside and chuckled and said “ha ha ha he’s back” so that told me right there it was intentional when a talk to some grease ball manager by the name of Bobby he was trying to argue with me about the chicken and had a smirk on his face. He replaced my chicken but not the biscuit after throwing it away after I said where’s my biscuit He told me I didn’t complain about the biscuit just the chicken commonsense would tell you why the chicken will contaminate a biscuit this place has gone downhill by far!!!!
