This used to be a great place to eat. I went here lastnight for dinner 11/2/21 and ordered a 3 piece white meat meal for $12.91 and this is what I got 2 extra small pieces and a chicken breast that was bloody on the inside with a smashed biscuit! But what really made me mad is when I went back to KFC to discuss this with the workers they seen me coming inside and chuckled and said “ha ha ha he’s back” so that told me right there it was intentional when a talk to some grease ball manager by the name of Bobby he was trying to argue with me about the chicken and had a smirk on his face. He replaced my chicken but not the biscuit after throwing it away after I said where’s my biscuit He told me I didn’t complain about the biscuit just the chicken commonsense would tell you why the chicken will contaminate a biscuit this place has gone downhill by far!!!! ~Adrian

Called and explained to Darrin that my Jeep is having multiple misfires and that I just waited to know the cost and labor to fix the misfires aka cylinders! Darrin said in order to get the quote he'd have to do a diagnostic on my vehicle. He said that would be a $45 charge. I told him I already knew the issues and wasn't willing to pay for something I already knew. He told me that is how he does it and I wouldn't be able to help me without charging me a diagnostic charge. Wish he'd taken me seriously instead of trying to charge me a fee for literally something I checked myself for free. All I'm saying is understanding and kindness goes a long way and this review could have been better if I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. The search for a honest mechanic continues. Had a great experience With a nighttime clerk I do believe her name is Erica she is so respectful friendly. I work at Sarah Bush I'm the director there and I couldn't believe how clean the bathrooms and the store is so clean abd smells amazing,when she clean. She is so nice and kind hearted and let me tell you i would love for her to work with us by the way she cleans, and is so very friendly and kind hearted and very welcoming young lady. Whomever the employee is that wears a filthy bandana on her greasy head needs a little training on what customer service is. She is extremely rude and acts like customers are an inconvenience to her. I asked for menthol enjoy pods and she asked me what kind. I said menthol. She put her hands on her hips and stood there looking at the ceiling with an irritated look on her face. This place is in serious need of employees that know how to be KIND ~Mandy

I went unattended at the window for so long, I eventually just came in. A disorganized mess when it comes to placing orders for pick up. The staff wasn't even apologetic about the misunderstanding regarding my order and the girl in the pharmacy had an attitude when the confusion was due to the staff's own incompetence. ~Lisa

I’ve been shopping at this store for about 20 years. Since Renee took over it’s become very modern. The make up is high quality. The store is very clean. Its a great place to find gift items for moms and daughters and friends. I moved recently and now they ship my items and I still get the free gifts which is pretty cool! Thanks! ~Meriah

Do not shop or waste your money at this location. Manager by the name of Larry Harrington rude and incompetent sold me rotten fruit and then would not exchange the items with my receipt before I had even left the store. They do not stand behind their purchases and are a rip off. Severely gone downhill over the years. ~Jason
