Would of gave em five stars if I didn't barrow a car to go get the part for my car they said they carried(Special order only) to get into town n find out that not only had she givin me the wrong part n price, but they can't even get the part I needed. Its one if those things that happen right, nope, that's the 3rd time now in a month. I'll still shop there but think I'll be double checking b4 buying parts from now on

Well I was able to help 2 customers while I was here as well as call my local oriellys to get my account number so I could charge my purchase to my account. No one want do actually help a customer out anymore I guess or do there job. This is why I don't use oriellys. It's not a store problem it's a company wide issue

Staff is friendly but you need to check the parts before you leave I bought plug wires got home and there were used returned from another customer they very kindly refunded the money but point is checked merchandise

Open later than advance auto parts on lake land Blvd. Prices seem a bit less expensive too, although selection appears smaller in certain areas

Great parts store! In my opinion this is the best parts store in the area. Not just because of the great prices, because of the great people who wear the green shirts! They are amazing and they know exactly what I need as soon as I walk in!

I was driving a box truck from New Orleans to Northern Michigan and broke down in Mattoon, just was able to limp into the O' Reillys before my truck died from a bad alternator. It's a transplant engine. Dalton behind the counter helped me match up my old alternator with one they had in stock. When I went to install it in the parking lot it turned out they had different bolt patterns. After more searching on their system it turned out they didn't have the proper alternator in stock. Sean the manager of the store personally gave me a ride to their COMPETITOR a place that rebuilds alternators down the road. He waited with me while those guys rebuilt it and gave me a ride back. I cannot say enough good things about my visit and Sean and Daltons customer service. They gained a new customer on 04/03/2017! Thank you two so much. Sincerely, The Ice Cream Guy Austin Groesser
