Called and explained to Darrin that my Jeep is having multiple misfires and that I just waited to know the cost and labor to fix the misfires aka cylinders! Darrin said in order to get the quote he'd have to do a diagnostic on my vehicle. He said that would be a $45 charge. I told him I already knew the issues and wasn't willing to pay for something I already knew. He told me that is how he does it and I wouldn't be able to help me without charging me a diagnostic charge. Wish he'd taken me seriously instead of trying to charge me a fee for literally something I checked myself for free. All I'm saying is understanding and kindness goes a long way and this review could have been better if I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. The search for a honest mechanic continues. Peace out Darrin! ✌ My photo is me checking my own codes!!!

Darrin and the rest of his staff got me in and out within 3 hours and did great work at a reasonable price. I’ll be going back for all of my maintenance and repairs moving forward. Thank you. 1/2017: I had an awesome experience at this shop. Great people, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I was visiting from out of town and Darrin's team replaced a broken strut on my Chrysler several days before I needed it completed to go back home. Can't recommend them enough!!!
