Yes and no with them. They have been in service for a while however, they may not have to ability to satisfy the customer needs especially when they offer you a damaged part and refuse to offer you a reasonable discount. Take it or leave it is their moto, no other agreements for the sake of good business with long term customers.

Bought a rear bumper and was missing a few bolts. Also the license plate lights provided didnt fit. Would reccomend but make sure everything is in the box and assembles nicely

I cannot believe what an OUTSTANDING Auto Body Part store this is! What a hidden gem yet easy to find both online and by car. My Toyota dealer quoted me hundreds of dollars in excess of what Certifit charged me for 2 replacements mirrors for my 2008 Camry. $700 vs. $118 Brand New and in the box! Certifit has my business for life Clean store - actually, immaculate, with happy and friendly staff attitudes. Dr. Bob

Wasted my time, a bit disappointed to be honest. I called twice over two days to ensure they had the part in stock. I get there and the guy says they have a damaged one they can sell me. Someone painted it apparently and returned it? And atop that it had no box so transporting w/o damage was fun. I asked him why i was told TWICE they had it in stock and he said they don't actually visually look which I suppose I can understand but WHY ENTER A DAMAGED PART INTO regular INVENTORY? The discount for this $8!! If I wasn't in a bind I would have told them to pound sand. Word to the wise, FORCE they to do a visual before you drive an hour there to pick up a part.

Unfortunately for me I have been here 3x since I got my new car and keep taking off the driver side mirror on my garage!Emily, at the counter has been completely kind, efficient, fully explained everything. Was really kind on the phone ,extremely helpful and very fluent in Spanish and English.

Called them and they were very short with me like I was wasting their time. Arranged for pickup. Asked me to inspect it and I did. Everything seemed fine but when I took it to get painted they pointed out the it was bent. Asked for them to exchange and they refused. Just a scam to sell off their damaged parts! Poor business with poor customer service. Will never return. 0 accountability.
