People there don't care about their customers. I came in before 9:10 am for a appointment at 9:00 am and waited in line to speak to someone because no one there greets you or ask if help is needed. It was around 9:25 when I finally got to speak to someone at the window and then they had me sit down to wait just for someone to tell me that they can't help me anymore. Super unprofessional team. I'm never coming back here again and definitely don't recommend any one for their first time here.

The Tellers and Bankers inside Wells Fargo are fine. It’s the parking structure worker the one inside the booth. Trying to rip people off by making them pay $20 for daily parking, the time and date is clearly on the ticket. And Tesla charging is free for two hours.

I've been going to this bank for a while now and have nothing but nice things to say about the tellers and the staff and even the security guard outside who is super pleasant, on my last visit I had to make an appointment to get a card replacement, to my delight I was aided by Mr. Medina, he was very efficient and polite and what's able to answer all my questions... I give kudos to this team!!. July/2022 Taking my stars back as I went there to get some quarters for the bus and waited at least 30 minutes, there was 2 windows open, one had this girl ignoring the long line and the other girl when i finally got to her she told me with a smirk they only give quarters to their premium accounts and is not so much what she said but how she said it.. unconsidered and oblivious to the fact I had been standing on that line for a very long time, I've had a couple experiences that left a bad taste here since my last review, also I went to the bank on a Saturday and it was closed with no sign or notice to the fact they were closed when they were supposed to be open😏

The male teller there is beyond rude and condescending. The ladies are always helpful and friendly, but he can’t be bothered to be even the least bit polite or professional. Refuses to listen to you, and the worst part is that no management there cares. They allow him to act this way. I’ve seen this same person treat other customers disrespectfully as well but he’s still there. Get it together people. Sometimes you gotta get rid of the toxic ones.

This location does not know how to conduct business on a Saturday. Like most people, we don't have the time to do many errands thru the week due to our own schedules so the weekends are when we get things done and this specific branch seems to not realize that when tho they go thru this every Saturday. There are 2 tellers here with almost 30 people waiting. It's taking almost 15-20 minutes to assist a customer. There's absolutely no sense of urgency at all. The 1 teller, the male in specific is by far the slowest and most stale face person I've ever seen. The other lady is very pleasant and moves at a good pase but even then, the lack of employees scheduled for today is down right bad management for a day when they know it's gonna be like this. Management at this location needs to rethink how they schedule and conduct business on a such a known busy day. 💯💯

Dysfunctional ! I don't see why this location exists. Their phone instructions were "your phone # (for over 20 years) Needs to be physically verified at your local branch". After 2x times being asked for a handout (sidewalk group), I entered, asked for help, "We're booked for 4.5 hours". tall dark business-banker was a zombie, failing to provide Basic service. I felt drugged by the empty, brain dead atmosphere. After 40 mins of the twilight zone nightmare, I left empty handed, Nothing accomplished & discouraged. "We don't do that, We can't do that, I don't know" are what to expect here. Time to find a new bank, one that's operational, alive & works ! 10-06-20

Posted Closed at 5pm. Arrived at 4.50pm and found this. Kept calling before arriving, no one picking up a call either. The security said they closed earlier without any explanation.

I’m upset and regret for not counting the withdraw cash money when the retailer handed out to me. On 09/30/2019 I brunched on my way to the bank to get some cash Including 6-rolls of pennies, the following day I counted the rolls each roll was missing some pennies, I felt bad I tried to call the manager of the bank many times ( no answer ). I don’t want to drive a five-miles to tell the manager about the shortage of pennies!

Negatives: They never answer their phone, communication with customers needs improvement, and the safety deposit boxes need upkeep or a new design. The positives: for being in downtown they never have long lines! Very friendly and most employees go out of their way to provide good service.
