Provident Bank

DONT BANK WITH THIS BANK! I have a durable power of attorney, for my dad's finances. I went in, and did their affidavit, and was told 2 days to 1 week, for them to approve. 2 weeks later, they told me, after I called them again, and again, and now they refuse to accept my P.O.A. wont give reason. My dad is 90 and bed ridden, and as a Korean war veteran, and decorated hero is unable to pay for his in home care providers. Stay as far away, as you can, from this bank. They steal from war heroes! ~Mel

Wells Fargo Bank

The Tellers and Bankers inside Wells Fargo are fine. It’s the parking structure worker the one inside the booth. Trying to rip people off by making them pay $20 for daily parking, the time and date is clearly on the ticket. And Tesla charging is free for two hours. ~Laenice

Wescom Credit Union

Honestly where to begin, no phone service without an absurd wait time for one I’m relatively new with Wescom and I can’t ever get ahold of a single employee without going into the branch in person. The customer service section in their app also is good for absolutely nothing as they can do nothing for you without you going into the branch so also pointless to even use it. And then to top it all off my paychecks come to me at a different time of day every single week there is absolutely zero concern with consistency or customer service here definitely gonna be looking for a new bank. Also forgot that they printed my debit card without a proper security code printed on it so I literally can’t pay for things online because of them as well just so it’s evident how much they really don’t pay attention at this bank ~Isaac

Provident Bank

They use to be one of the better banks with great service, but something has change. They have lost their customer support and if your try and remove your money they make it as difficult as possible. They need to start supporting their customers and working with them instead of placing demands on them. I suggest you look for a different bank. I was with them for over 10 years and had to go else where due to poor management/customer service. ~Keith
