16 years a customer and loan denied! I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I went in to ask for an emergency loan of 3000 on top of my existing loan of about 8000. Denied due to a medical lein from the small window of time i was between jobs with no insurance. Ive been banking with these people since i got my first paycheck when i was 18. 16 years, countless paychecks, every penny gifted, goes to this bank yet denied... The only thing good to say about this particular instance is the decision was swift. I'm so disappointed... Now they took away my Zelle capabilities because my savings was negative even though there's money in the checking! They couldn't just even that out for me?! What a laugh. I've been with them almost 20 years. Time to find a new bank/ credit union!

Honestly where to begin, no phone service without an absurd wait time for one I’m relatively new with Wescom and I can’t ever get ahold of a single employee without going into the branch in person. The customer service section in their app also is good for absolutely nothing as they can do nothing for you without you going into the branch so also pointless to even use it. And then to top it all off my paychecks come to me at a different time of day every single week there is absolutely zero concern with consistency or customer service here definitely gonna be looking for a new bank. Also forgot that they printed my debit card without a proper security code printed on it so I literally can’t pay for things online because of them as well just so it’s evident how much they really don’t pay attention at this bank

I seriously don't know what happened to Wescom over the years, I been a customer since it was telephone employees credit union, my account starts with 25 so imagine how far back I been with Wescom. Customer service went south, their be rates went up customer service reps are not as courteous anymore. 😢

Some of the most God-awful phone wait times I've ever seen! DO NOT BANK HERE because you're out of luck if you need to speak with someone on the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I’ve been using this bank on Tyler St for about 6 years. They recently moved to a new location. I was very pleased with the service. My last 2 times that I personally had to go inside the bank I was escorted by the manager because I did not have a mask. No other bank requires a mask to do business with at the moment so I refused to wear one. The managers’s name is Veronica If I’m not wrong but was extremely pushy, disrespectful and rude. I removed all of my money and went to a different back where managers understand what customer service is all about.

I've had this credit union for more than 20 years and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with their service. If I ever have a problem I just call and speak to a rep and every problem I've ever had has been resolved. They're very accurate with their statements and alert me every time there is a purchase using my debit card or online purchase. I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone who wants their money to be taken care of professionally and securely.

Maybe I just get lucky, but the service here in my experience was utterly dreadful. First representative I talk to tried to shoo me off mentioning fee's and a minimum of $200 I would have to maintain to open a new account there. A little advice for you, when it comes to new accounts and customers, you should treat them with a little more respect because you have no idea how much money they want to put into your institution, I was going to open another account here but you easily put me off with your condescending attitudes. I'll find a bank that has respect for their clients, wether they " look " young or not.
