3 people working in the store and no one in the the drive thru but they wouldn’t allow me into the store to buy a sandwich. Guess they only serve people with cars.

Fast (drive thru) but the bread was cold, just like the ingredients, almost as if it was kept in a refrigerator. My mom was Not Impressed.

Worst Jimmy Johns on earth, rare they even answer the phone, and if they do they wont answer calorie of chip questions, or anything, just people working jobs that should be given to others

2 words… DRIVE-TRHU!! I myself didn’t know how this worked so I absolutely tested them with custom orders and wanted to know if in the 90 seconds between my order and the window if they would still get my “no oil, extra pickles” and they did. BRAVO. These guys got it!

Horrible service! Driver was over 20 minutes late and after me calling three different times the manager decided to offer a free sandwich credit. Seriously what good does that do for my missed lunch break. I will be sure to post letters around the work area never to order here again. Your customer service sucks.

Usually come to this location as its on the way to my wife's work. I get her the tuna 3 with mayo and cucumber and never had an issue until today when Jared took our order, he was not only rude but ignorant and in the end my wife only got a 1 scoop tuna sandwich and a cup filled to the brim of ice and barely any drink. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this location and i will be getting in touch with corporate.
