Whomever the employee is that wears a filthy bandana on her greasy head needs a little training on what customer service is. She is extremely rude and acts like customers are an inconvenience to her. I asked for menthol enjoy pods and she asked me what kind. I said menthol. She put her hands on her hips and stood there looking at the ceiling with an irritated look on her face. This place is in serious need of employees that know how to be KIND ~Mandy

I went unattended at the window for so long, I eventually just came in. A disorganized mess when it comes to placing orders for pick up. The staff wasn't even apologetic about the misunderstanding regarding my order and the girl in the pharmacy had an attitude when the confusion was due to the staff's own incompetence. ~Lisa
