I love Popeyes (the chain) but my meal today was absolutely beyond excuses. My "chicken sandwich" was two buns with two tiny chicken tenders, not the chicken that is reserved for the chicken sandwich. I'm talking chicken tenders so small that they don't even pop out the side of the bun. Add onto that the "chicken sandwich" was thrown into a bag for the beignets, not the chicken sandwich packaging, without much care. It was literally two buns with some chicken tenders thrown in. The "sandwich" wasn't even put together when I received it. Whoever made this order should honestly be fired. I could have walked in and made my own order correctly myself with zero training. Absolutely pathetic. The rest of the food was pretty garbage too. This location needs to close down and it needs to be reported to corporate.

I ordered the 5 piece signature chicken, 2 can dine, spicy (through the app). Only received 4 pieces of classic (not spicy) chicken. App didn't offer Cajun rice as an available side, despite being out since June and a sign in the window saying it's back. Food was tasty and hot, though. Parking: Parking lot Lot and restaurant was empty, so plenty of parking. Restaurant sits amongst a larger lot.

The employees that work hear do not like white people and make it obvious. You will also never hear them say the word thank you or anything friendly. The food is never fresh, if they don't have what you want that is fresh they tell you all will take 30 minutes knowing that you won't wait that long. I ordered a 12 piece and got no breast, 1 thigh, 3 legs and the rest were all wings. So I spent $40 on $8 worth of dried out chicken.

Waited 4 mins at counter when employee stated they had just received a $200 order from the drive up window and there wouldn’t be any chicken left for us. I told them we would go elsewhere. Sent Corporate same complaint. Just wanted to taste spicy chicken. Will stick with KFC.

The chicken is trash 🗑 I spend $30 on a 11pc meal. I didn't get No white meat what so ever. I asked for no thighs cause our family doesn't eat thighs & all I was given was Greasy cold thighs & legs that been under the light for awhile u can tell by the dryness of the chicken the biscuit were hard. I didn't get no sauces or jelly I asked for. I gave the lady $50.00 she told me she didn't have no coins so I told her just keep the 83 cents she owed me & I went on Oct 27th around 7:45pm. In drive thru.. Very Rude customer service! NEVER AGAIN. IM coming off the highway haven't ate & my grandchildren were hungry & this the slop that I paid $30 for well it was $27 & some change but round up its still $30. This location need investigate from corporate cause all u smell is Marijuana & it seems too me they just didn't want too cook no more chicken so they can get high & eat the legs & thighs that was probably cooked around 6pm. Such a shame too have an Popeyes chicken & it's needs too be closed down like the one was in Peoria on Knoxville. I'm very unsatisfied about this..It makes me not even eat Popeyes chicken ever again..I don't care what state I'm in..Now I understand why all our money is going too the Arabic people restaurants they know quality & how too show good customer service hospitality..

I used to love going here. Employees were friendly, quick and the place was always clean. A couple years later the place was discombobulated because of staff overhaul likely caused by covid. It's sad because this used to be the best fast food place in this part of town. The place I used to go to all the time when I wanted fast food is now where I will never go.

I have never been to a place with more disrespectful workers. Went to the drive through and left because I was being yelled at when I asked if they had any spicy chicken available. They had no honey, no tea, no soda, no spicy chicken. She literally told me I need to just make up my mind, but everything I was asking for was out so I was just trying to figure out what I could order. I was uncomfortable and drove away and the worker started screaming and cussing out the window when I drove by because I didn’t complete the order. Just shocked. I know we all have things we are dealing with but that was so inappropriate.

The manager was rude. Told us this was gone, that was gone. All they had was what was made up sitting there. Had no macaroni and cheese, couldn't make my 9 yr old mashed potatoes with no gravy. But then she went in back and made more mashed potatoes and gravy up, do no reason at all she couldn't of made one up without! Told us they didn't have any more mild chicken tenders made etc. But then tells the ppl in drive thru that she could make them whatever they wanted, cause she would drop it. I will definitely be calling in the morning and speaking to the manager.

This was the Surf & Turf (2 chicken tenders, 4 butterfly shrimp and fries) and an over cooked, extremely dry 4 piece they thought was cool to give to us. The raccoon in my garage demands better than this 😒

Make sure you get all your food before you leave the parking lot. If your not local. They forgot 2 chicken sandwiches and I gave the employee my name and number. Now they don't a record of it. Very disappointing.
