The lady and gentlemen that were working had smiles and were eager to help. My replacement went smoother than butter. I truly believe that in this world you get what you give and these folk go to work like most of us, so there is no reason to treat people unkindly. I gave them respect when I went into their place of work where they earn a check to pay their bills, so they gave me respect equally.

Absolutely horrendous service. We were lucky to get switched over to ITV3. We called to cancel our service the day we got our new internet. We called the end of August. The agent couldn't understand us at all so he added (ADDED) TV service. We had to call again to cancel. This time it was cancelled. However, WE WERE CHANGED FOR A FULL EXTRA MONTH. Now, they are texting us stating that we will be charged if we don't bring back our "equipment" MEANING THE TV BOX THAT THEY SENT TO US. Horrendous and I will be getting my money back.

Drilled a 1/2 hole from kitchen through the siding of my home (7 foot up the side of home) on deck technician did not want to put a gromet to seal hole by entrance door to home and used the wrong cable (their policy is black or orange cable.) Had to fight with corporate to get a technician (3hrs) out technician wanted to drill another hole in my home. I said I want your supervisor out here now. (Never came to see) still no wifi working to my TV and wifi is spotty on phone. (Only 3 devices connected for now) Supervisor refused to run wire in conduit witch i bought(It's been over a week now.

If I could I will not rate them at all, They increased the price without previous notice I had four lines with them and they charged me for an extra line!!! When I talked to the manager, she asked me to call her boss to solve the problem! Poor knowledge of there deals and offers!! Bad experience at all😓

Horrible company that won't leave you alone with their 1980s business tactics "oh your promotion has ended, well we'regoing to force you on a more expensive plan, oh youre serious about dropping us? How about half off?". I dont want to be nagged and ripped off by my isp. I left for itv3 fiber internet.

This company used to be good, however it no longer is. After upgrading our mobile devices in July we saw on our bill they were double charging us. When we contacted them to resolve it we were jerked around for 4 hours and they took it upon themselves to deactivate one of our lines. Then another 6 hours on the phone and it is still not resolved. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They messed up our service when we moved. We have never had this much trouble. Due to their “system issue” our bill will now be raised an additional $15 a month for a mess up that was not our fault. Spent 3+ hours on the phone, still not resolved. Was just transferred over and over again with different answers from everyone. So it got messed up and we get out signed by having a higher bill. If we could switch we would. All we want is the service we pay for.

The service I received was great. Didn’t have to wait. Pricing on the other hand is not good at all. Customers have nothing to do because in most areas within the city Comcast is the only provider.
