Used to work here. Employees will be fired if they don't force unethical business practices on you and scam you. CEO is an ex-druggie/drunkard, and proudly claims so in his "book" employees are forced to sell. Management practices nepotism and super creepy.

I was skeptical of Verizon but Jamal was the man! He help me figure out the right plan and phone for my mom who needed a new phone. I was impressed with how patient he was on and off the clock. If you go to this location ask for Jamal!

KENNY IS AN INVALUABLE ASSET FOR VERIZON CUSTOMERS. Only he was able to get my new phone working. After 6 days searching for satisfaction from live people and live-chat messages, he completed a 3 week trip. As a 92-.year old new customer, you can understand why I am grateful. Thank you

Buyer beware: they will charge you fees that were not discussed or consented to (a google search reveals that this is a common practice for TCC.) They refused to provide an itemized receipt until I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and then there were a number of unauthorized charges they refused to refund. (29.99 per line for “Redux Water Protection Single Line Membership” and 201 units of “round up quarterly community events”. Escalated the case to the BBB, and District Manager Gabriel continues to refuse acceptable resolution. Important to note: This is not Verizon itself, but an “authorized retailer”. Verizon customer service was apologetic and offered me “inconvenience credits” for having to deal with these people, but the unauthorized charges still need to be reversed.

We went in to upgrade my son's phone and were helped by Kenny. He went through all the options with us and helped us pick out the best phone and best deal. Kenny was clear and precise with his descriptions of all our options. You couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone in the store was engaging and helpful.
