I have tried to come into this location three times to purchase a new iPhone. I feel like they would rather send you out the door because they’re busy than do their job. My first visit, the man who helped me was absolutely insistent I buy more iCloud storage before getting a new phone. I don’t really feel attached to photos or messages, but okay sure. I come back to the store after purchasing more iCloud storage and letting my data upload, and they don’t have the color of iPhone I want anymore. The man says I should wait until they have it in stock because I want to be sure of the model and color I choose. I come back a third time and the man says he cannot accept my old phone because it has a crack in the screen and I need to take it to a cell phone repair shop in order to get a “promotion”- whatever that is. At this point I don’t care how much it costs or what color it is or how much storage I have like please just let me buy a new phone!!!! At first the advice seemed helpful but after three attempts in the store to buy a new phone it has simply wasted my time.

Stellar service at this store. I brought my phone in last minute because it wasn’t charging and Brian was very helpful and accommodating. He was able to fix my phone in no time. I highly recommend this store!

Store says they're open at 10AM, one employee waiting outside said that manager dont come in til 10:30AM which is ridiculous because we're out here waiting to get new phone. I hope the employee still gets paid for the minutes he lost for waiting his manager to come in late 🤦🏻♀️🙄

Worst experience ever at a Tmobile location. Not that this review will actually matter to Tmobile. I went to switch my line to a postpaid one and buy a new phone. The manager, I assume, because he was the only person seated and looked older than the rest of the staff, he talked to me in such a rude manner. After questioning me why would I change my prepaid line to a postpaid one, he asked if I had SSN (which I know they request) and added with a hideous tone: "Do you even have credit?" Why did he assume that I do not have credit? Or is he not aware of Tmobile's offers which include more than one prepaid line, and that I might have bought it as one of those? I told him that I needed a new phone because I use it daily as a tool for my research, and he said to me "None of these phones will improve anything from the one that you already have." In other words, I did not know what I wanted or look as someone who could have credit nor as an informed client who knew what product was best according to their needs. Unsolicited advice and unkindness all packed up in one visit to this store. If I want the latest model of any phone and I wanted to pay full amount right there or impact my credit score that is my decision to make not theirs. Great.

16 Jan 2021. This location was formerly a Sprint — was really helpful with regard to the transition. The team was thorough and the staff were very friendly while they did their best to help. Location was very COVID-conscious and kept customers a safe distance apart! Positive experience overall :)

Terrible service, as has become the normal with Sprint. Called this location and they offered me one thing, then when I went in, they denied ever receiving a phone call and told me the deal was expired. Was hoping for help to resolve an issue, but all they did was waste my time. Totally done with this pathetic company.
