Chris was awesome on our visit today even though we needed a multitude of changes on our plan. He was very friendly, super knowledgeable, and got literally everything done that we needed in a very timely manner. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be repeat customers.

Came in to upgrade my phone and an employee named Chris helped me out. He impressed me with his knowledge and emphasis on customer service. Chris answered all questions I came in with and also brought to my attention other topics I didn't even think of. I especially appreciated our down time chit chats while waiting for my phone data to transfer. Overall great personality and highly recommend asking for Chris if you're looking for a quick, confident, and pleasant visit at this location.

I lost my phone and needed a phone. After 3 phone calls and a visit to the store, Rob was very helpful. He walked me through the set up and helped me transfer to an old phone. Once I got the replacement phone Rob was able to set up the phone for me. He was very pleasant and personable. I would recommend his help to anyone.

Robert was extremely helpful and proficient at upgrading our phones and service. As he was transferring data, he explained differences and new features. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and answered all of our questions. As senior citizens, we appreciate all that he did.

Tina is a miracle worker! She’s knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. She helped us add two lines, change plans, and upgrade phones all at once. We added lines for our kids and she even recommended Verizon’s Family Plan. Altogether, we’ll continue going back for her specifically. Wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! Tina helped us with the new purchase and the transfer of the data from our previous phones. I could not have asked for a better experience. My first two steps in the store I was immediately greeted with a friendly gesture, and asked what brought me in today, this was all while still helping other customers! Rob was engaging with everyone there simultaneously without even breaking a sweat. Very very passionate individual and genuinely cared about his customers. After they left, it then was just us, and the store closes in 10mins. I brought up to him that I would come back Rob told me that it was my choice but he is here for me to see me through my problem, he knew what my situation was and how desperate I was to get a working phone. We sat there for well over an hour after the stored is supposed to be closed to finish up with my new Verizon account. He took care of everything! I cannot stress how happy this individual made me feel. He even left the store open sign on the door just incase more customers wanted to show up so he could help them until he went home. This was by far my best experience ever customer service wise that I have ever been apart of in any department whether it has been in the restaurant business or Wal-Mart or hotel stays. Thank you Rob and Verizon for making my day a happy one. I will direct anyone I come across to this store and to work With Rob. 5 stars across the board. Excellent experience to say the least, go here if you get the chance, it will be your best choice for any phone retailer in our area easily!
