Gas station closes at 10… pulled up at 9:50 and was about to start pumping and they shut everything down on me. Will be glad to give my business elsewhere. ~Hannah

The cash stations NEVER WORK. EVER. When you go in to get cash zero people care. This has been happeninf for over a month and it has not been fixed. They KNOW that the one isn't working yet have ZERO signs up. So yes, let everyone wait in a line to nowhere....to wait in another line to realize that one doesn't work either. UNACCEPTABLE. ~Dragonbird

Absolutely ridiculous attitudes and entitled employees.Professional no not at all and this is the reason no one is banking here I’m sure.Fees are ridiculous and just the feel of going in the bank is out of line.Why maintain a bank if you cannot present yourself competitive and professional? This bank is outdated and should be shut down horrible bank for sure. ~shawn

Came in to upgrade my phone and an employee named Chris helped me out. He impressed me with his knowledge and emphasis on customer service. Chris answered all questions I came in with and also brought to my attention other topics I didn't even think of. I especially appreciated our down time chit chats while waiting for my phone data to transfer. Overall great personality and highly recommend asking for Chris if you're looking for a quick, confident, and pleasant visit at this location. ~Jason

Needed a license plate sticker and the person behind the counter took great joy in the fact that their policy was cash only if you did not have an account. Then wit an overjoyed smile on her face she directed me to a cash station around behind the building AND then told me that the walk would do me good. It was icy and snowing out. My wish is for her to experience the same soon. That garbage attitude hopefully helps places like that either out of business or sends a wakeup message to its management. I would have been willing to jump through a few hoops and even pay their convenience fees but I wont be treated poorly just because I am not a member of their club. To CIBC I say careful I'm nobody one day you will treat the wrong person like that and it could cost you your job. You just never know who the son or daughter of a major share holder walks in your door and expects to be treated with respect. ~darin
