Came in to upgrade my phone and an employee named Chris helped me out. He impressed me with his knowledge and emphasis on customer service. Chris answered all questions I came in with and also brought to my attention other topics I didn't even think of. I especially appreciated our down time chit chats while waiting for my phone data to transfer.
