Twice now I have taken a non-jewelry item to Udry and was able to have it repaired no problem. After having been told a number of times there was nothing that could be done, Udry went out of their way twice now to accommodate my needs. A buckle on an Italian shoe and a pair of expensive eyeglasses. Both repaired with no issues and way beyond my expectations both in quality and timeframe. I highly suggest Udry for your jewelry needs or delicate metal repairs. Truly the very best experience.

Beautiful store! Not a huge selection, but very nice. Little disappointed that no one approached me for quite some time. When man came out from working on the other woman's ring, the other employee still did acknowledge me. I had to wait for him to finish with the other woman. He was super nice and professional. I just was not thrilled.

What a wonderful experience and great people to get to know! My fiance bought my engagement ring from them. It came in a little too big. I brought it in and they fixed it the same day! Definitely recommen stopping in and seeing what they have, for any occasion.

Very nice associates. I had them fix a piece of jewelry for me and was told they would also clean it but when I picked it up it was definitely not cleaned. After being charged a little too much for a simple repair I would think they would of at least cleaned the piece for me as well.

Took a gold and diamond ring to get resized and got it back in just a couple days. They have beautiful jewelry here for sale. Fun looking around. Also bought a pretty rose quartz bracelet for my mom.

Pekinites: THE BEST in jewelry selections, AND awesome customer service! I took in a broken necklace, which Udry's restrung for an exceptional price! They also tightened the clips on my favorite earrings complimentarily! I love Udry's...and LOVE their new location on Court St

I have no idea how this business gets all those 5 star ratings. When I first went in I noticed none of jewelry had price tags on them, that makes feel like you're hiding something. Second, I explained to the sales person what I was interested in. She would take different rings out of the box, never show me the price, would hesitate ever so slightly before saying the price. I felt like she was making it up. She occasionally would tell she could discount those prices. If you can sell it for less, then tell me that in the first place. I was extremely uncomfortable, and felt like I was being lied too. Will never go back or refer anyone to this place. If you're proud of your price, display it. Or at least show the customer the actual price.
