No Rolex here, just like every AD in the world. But a very nice lady helped me try on some rolex that were exhibition only. Pretty stout security measures, good environment, private parking lot, good experience non the less.

First ever visit there and I am pleasantly surprised. Warm warm welcoming. I stopped there because my previous AD dealer just told me they are not a Rolex AD no more and I am screwed. At James & Williams they even let me put some Rolexes on my wrist and took my name for hopefully sometimes in the future will be able to buy my first new Rolex - normally AD would not even talk to you for some reason. But that was not all. They were also AD of my beloved Seiko watches and after showing me dozen of Seiko and I didn't find the one I liked most - so they ordered it for me. I couldn't be more happier with my first visit. I wish I always went there before. The person behind the counter was Georgia and I really appreciate her help. Also I received a compliment for my Grand Seiko. In future I am switching to them even for watch service of my collection. Thank you :)
