I was originally scheduled for the Oak Lawn location, but due to the long scheduling times, I chose this location. What can I can say about Lisa! She really went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct windshield for my 2022 Chevy Traverse as the original windshield that was scheduled, would not have been the right one along with needing to be OEM and recalibrated. Just went in this morning to try to get a new phone, been using metro for years, I broke mine before my upgrade was due, so was informed that I'd be paying retail on new phone. (Expected) retail was around $280.00. At check out my total was over 400$ to "activate plus fees." That sounded outrageous, as well as the phone I wanted wasn't in stock. They offered me a cheaper phone they had in stock retail 180+-, total came to over 300$. I left without buying either. I went to a different metro, explained what happened and was told about multiple complaints of dishonesty . Bought original phone I wanted, activated and case for around 300$ I'll never use this Berwyn location again. ~Matt

I am very satisfied with this location even more with the person who helped us out named Luis. He is a great example of going above and beyond and reassuring us on anything if there’s any confusion. What caught my surprise the most was that he followed up with us 2-3 weeks later! Asking us how are new phones were.. definitely wasn’t expecting that but it just goes to show that he actually cares. I brought my car in for cosmetic repairs. I did not know what to expect? I can now say that the customer service was great. The whole crew exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and my vehicle was ready by the date they said. I love the Ahimsa Yoga Studio in Berwyn. Everyone there is so nice and friendly, and the space is on the small side, which gives it a cozy atmosphere (there are usually no more than 5-6 people in the classes I've gone to, so it's not crowded). I always feel better and more relaxed after a class here. I've tried yoga multiple times in the past but never stuck with it -- but Ahimsa got me hooked, now I have a monthly membership! ~Frances

This place is the slowest ever for picking up a prescriptions. Waited 30 mins in the drive through. This place needs to move a whole lot faster when it comes to people needing their prescriptions.
