The service provided overall at this location from start to finish was outstanding. Once my information was forwarded to them by my insurance, Sam (Office Administrator) was quick to contact me and set up the appointment to bring my car in. On the date of my appointment, the staff was informative of the full process and assured I would be fully content when the repairs were complete. The team kept me in the loop the entire time the car was undergoing repairs and worked extra hard on ensuring my vehicle was ready on the estimated date provided. I was nervous because I needed my car by the weekend for work and they fixed me up in about 2-3 days and got the car just in time for me to be able to go to work the rest of the week into the weekend. They did the work as promised and finished before promised. They even detailed my car for free. To start off the best thing out of this place is the nice lady in the front. She was awesome even when I came to pick up my vehicle almost at closing time on a Saturday.. the manager at this place is the worst. I can't remember his name or do I want to.. after I picked up my vehicle, paint came off on places that they weren't suppose to even have touched.. brought it back Monday morning to show em what had happened. Manager told me it was due to salt not being washed of my car, but they're is no rust or any signs of salt eating away at my vehicle.then he proceeded to tell me that someone else had done a bad paint job on that part of the vehicle which I have owned since new.. mind you this is the first time this vehicle gets anywhere near a body shop. How does it make sense that someone supposedly did a bad prep/paint job and it went years without any issues but as soon as I get it back from his shop paint starts flaking off. How does it make sense to someone with supposed "11yrs experience".but after arguing with this man which seemed like forever and excuse after excuse that it wasn't their doing. I left it alone, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If they mess something up they won't take care of it or accept the blame...

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped in to have my Jeep evaluated to the moment my Jeep was repaired and brought to original status.
