We had to drive to Arcanum for a dentist appointment. After the appointment we needed gas and my mother needed to use the restroom. My mother went into their restroom and there was no toilet paper or hand soap. She came out and politely let the cashier know and the cashier rudely said “then don’t come here”. Well that’s enough to make anyone not want to go there. Who wants to use a restroom with no toilet paper or hand soap. It’s basic hygiene. Apparently this person is pretty unconcerned with basic hygiene which is absolutely disgusting. Don’t worry sir we will probably never step foot in your town again due to you.

Very convenient for the small town of arcanum. Considering there’s no grocery store for miles around. They are understaffed like every other business and sect of the country at the moment so please keep this in mind when interacting with staff. They are tired and still there working! Which is more than we can say for a lot of the country.

Good store for anything other than gas. You will wait for ever as their pumps are ridiculously slow. I ask the employee why there so slow and he said it was was cold out. It was 40 degrees that day!! They need the filters or a new pump!

No one who visits here wears masks. Not even the employees. Not to mention: be prepared to be ignored when standing in the checkout line.
