Pumps never work right. And when they do work you wont get a receipt and you'll have to go inside to pay. Items inside are always out of stock and overpriced. No real grocery store in town anymore so there is only 2 options for groceries. Gas station and dollar general. ~Mitchell

We had to drive to Arcanum for a dentist appointment. After the appointment we needed gas and my mother needed to use the restroom. My mother went into their restroom and there was no toilet paper or hand soap. She came out and politely let the cashier know and the cashier rudely said “then don’t come here”. Well that’s enough to make anyone not want to go there. Who wants to use a restroom with no toilet paper or hand soap. It’s basic hygiene. Apparently this person is pretty unconcerned with basic hygiene which is absolutely disgusting. Don’t worry sir we will probably never step foot in your town again due to you. ~Kaitlin

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and attentive. Dr Burr is the best. Explains everything to you about your fur babies. Always willing to answer any questions you may have... Plus, he loves to give them lots of treats!!! Love the place and so do my fur babies. 🐶🐶🐶🐱🐱 ~Betty

I didn't say I'd just like this place I'm really care about this place so they got nice items and they're not too bad and most people are generally nice smart in there incentives are very intuitive atmosphere is very generally insightive because most of them there or busy working sometimes it gets a little bit busier what they know and the line gets a little long but they take care of it in a good way and pleasantly good about what they're doing and try to make everything is Broyles possible ~John
