I am very satisfied with this location even more with the person who helped us out named Luis. He is a great example of going above and beyond and reassuring us on anything if there’s any confusion. What caught my surprise the most was that he followed up with us 2-3 weeks later! Asking us how are new phones were.. definitely wasn’t expecting that but it just goes to show that he actually cares. Thank you again Luis!

Greeted at door and given registration for next available employee. Only one person ahead of me so only had few minutes wait to be served. Good help determined how to solve my problem, it was a bad charging cord which I could buy from their inventory. Good service and problem solved. Left knowing everything would work right way again.

I am not a verizon customer anymore. I went here because previously they honored the warranty on a charger. I only wanted the $19.99 Apple cable for my iPhone. The guy brought out a $30 6 ft cord. I told him again what I wanted, and he said Apple stopped making them. I went right across to Best Buy and bought the charger. Not sure why he lied. Save time and go to Best Buy!

Had the misfortune of working with Cruz. I went for assistance getting a new phone set up (I've been a Verizon customer for years). He immediately started by saying "why are people afraid of setting up their phones". He clearly did not want to assist me. Apparently, he had better things to do despite me being the only customer. Cruz was rude and condescending. Rushed through the set up, was done incorrectly and now I have to go to another store to have it done right.

My friend and I received excellent service from Luis and the entire staff while dealing with a very specific strange situation trying to bring my old number to Verizon. They stayed late two days in a row trying to get answers from my old service about process and did everything they could to try to figure out the problem. Great customer service -- they truly went above and beyond.

A few months ago I was at the Berwyn location and they helped me get back into my phone and I wrote a review because they helped me big time. The guys at the store were pushing me to give them a good review and I did so because they helped me out a lot at first but after I wrote that review everything went downhill. It seemed like after I wrote the review they didn’t seem to care about my issues with me phone. I was told my bill would be an affordable price but it was far from it and I had to go back into the store multiple times to figure out what was wrong and there was really not much help. I’ll be switching to another service because Verizon was no help at all to me after multiple phone calls and visits to the store.

Poor customer service first and last time I stop by at this location. Trying to convince my husband to switch over from T-mobile and arrive at the store only one other person in store with a representative and are told at the door only one of us can come in that if we want one of us can come inside get the information and then we can go to the one sitting in the car and relay said information. Please explain to me how that makes sense? I understand if the store was busy but they had 1 single client. Skip this location and go to Hodgkins even if they do require an appointment much better service than here.
