They ordered the wrong windshield at first, but with all the features and different variations of windshields for my particular vehicle PLUS the fact that they were working with my insurance company and getting all of the information from them without inspecting the vehicle themselves —I understand how that could happen. Once they got the correct windshield, the process was seamless. Their entire staff was great. Lisa was EXTREMELY great during the entire process! I sat in their waiting area with my son while they worked on my car and I couldn’t help but notice how professional, caring, attentive and knowledgeable she was with the in-person customers and the people she was on the phone with. I was originally scheduled for the Oak Lawn location, but due to the long scheduling times, I chose this location. What can I can say about Lisa! She really went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct windshield for my 2022 Chevy Traverse as the original windshield that was scheduled, would not have been the right one along with needing to be OEM and recalibrated. My overall experience was not that good. First, I scheduled a morning appointment but the tech called me the day of and said he could not come until afternoon, so I had to reschedule. The second tech was great, but I was disappointed that an aftermarket windshield was installed and not the OEM windshield that I'd requested. I had to make lots of calls to get things straightened out. Some customer service reps were helpful and others were not very helpful at all.

Highly recommended and very efficient. I recently went through SAFELITE to have my windshield replaced. We had a few issues ordering the right windshield however they fought valiantly to keep my service and Lisa at this location is phenomenal. She kept me in the loop with many follow up courtesy calls. My technician Miguel was efficient and attentive to the smallest details. He recalibrated my rain sensors and lane assist systems. After completion of service I would say they have a customer for life (in the unfortunate event of needing another windshield replaced).

The TV slot is what made me trust the company. Hell of a reality check for me after 2 failed attempts, Took time off work to get this done, no glass arrived. Reschedule, get off work early, wrong glass with some damage, no call from manager. Never again! They did an awesome job on repairing the chip in my windshield in a very short timeframe. Prior to starting I was brought in the shop to point out where I saw cracks to ensure everything would be fixed. Great service! I was greeted as I entered by a lady sitting at the front desk. She had a very pleasant demeanor. An overall stellar experience.☺️

I've had an appointment for a week and blocked my scheduled so that they could replace my cracked windshield. There was no indications online that this windshield was backordered or out of stock. I was notified the day before, less than 24 hours, that the windshield was backordered/not in stock and would take at least 3 weeks until it could be replaced.
