So I'm getting my oil change at jiffy lube in Freeport IL and I will never come here again they tell you why something is high I could care less on why you are charging me higher prices because the oil prices have went up. You should treat your valued customer better. Service: Oil change

Had an oil change yesterday. Was at the gas station today and someone stopped me to tell me my oil was leaking really bad. So I went back to Jiffy Lube and turns out when they put the seal back on they didn’t tighten it so I lost 3 quarts of oil. They told me they’d give me another oil change for free but that id have to buy the oil. Thankfully I called corporate and they are refunding me. But I won’t come back here again. Service: Oil change

Do not waste your money here. During the time I sat and waited for my oil change I witnessed the employees sell their customers outrageously expensive parts for their vehicles. The service crew looks as if they just rolled out of bed which is to be expected in Freeport but still very unprofessional. Not to mention my seats and dash have dirt and grime all over them from the employee’s carelessness.

went in for oil change and tire rotation along with replacing a running light. Tech cross threaded 2 lug bolts causing shop to have to repair there damage. had to get a rental that they did not offer to pay for and was at first was being repaired that night did not call to say it will take longer also did not replace the running light and not told they did had to ask and they put 70 psi on rear tire when it should have been 42 psi. My first and last visit to a Jiffy Lube EVER!! I was in town just for the night and my fleet vehicle was due for an oil change. Since my company has Jiffy Lube listed for our service, figured it would be fine. After my oil change I smelled what I thought was strong gas in my car. I figured one of the techs had dirty clothes and had gotten in my car so didn't think much about it. After getting my oil changed, went straight to my hotel and then my morning meeting. As I started to head out of town, my engine downshifted and I couldn't accelerate. I looked out my back window and I was shooting out the thickest cloud of smoke I have ever seen -- I thought I was on fire. A nice man pulled over and we opened the hood and saw oil had sprayed all over my engine and the oil cap and dipstick had blown out. Long story short - after getting to the local Ford dealer with my Ford escape, they found this Jiffy Lube had never bothered to drain the old oil. I had almost 8 quarts of oil for my 4 quart vehicle - and the oil was thick and dirty -- clearly showing the old oil was never removed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE AND I WILL NEVER GO TO A JIFFY LUBE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD EVERYONE I WORK WITH TO DO THE SAME.
