Car wash kiosk has been broken for quite some time and there is no sign telling customers of that so we literally tried using the machine for 10 minutes before giving up since we thought we were doing something wrong put a sign on it saying broken pay inside ~doug

Yo! The dude with the blue hair is the best cashier. He's always friendly and fast and courteous. This place has a reputation of getting rid of his best employees but they better not get rid of him because I'll never come back if they do. So I'm getting my oil change at jiffy lube in Freeport IL and I will never come here again they tell you why something is high I could care less on why you are charging me higher prices because the oil prices have went up. You should treat your valued customer better. Service: Oil change ~Tammitha

Made an appointment by phone for myself and 3 friends for 11am and we didn’t get called for our appointment until 11:40. We sat with our feet in water for over a half hour before we were even helped. One of us was overlooked and others were helped who came in after us. She had her feet soaking for over 40 minutes. By the time we were done with our pedicures they realized they didn’t take care of her. They gave her a rushed, fast painting of the toes and did not apologize for not taking care of her. As we paid, I was yelled at by the door that I didn’t pay when I just paid for myself and the other who didn’t get hers done when we all did. Complete and utter hot mess and no discount for the mistake THEY made. Never ever again will I set foot in this place. They had us pay way more than what we should have. ~Lindsey

Got there at 7 on Friday (7/22) Paid for a game of bowling and 3 pairs of rental shoes. Idk how it came out to 30 something dollars. I didn’t question it until after we left. 1 game is about $5 and rental shoes are about $4. Doesn’t add up. Anyways we started our game and then we went to the bar and asked if they are serving food, bartender said the place in the bowling alley should be open. We said there was no one there when we passed but we will try again. I check again and no one was there so we asked the kid at the front desk if they are serving food, he said yes I’ll tell them and they should be up here in a couple minutes. 10 minutes goes by and still no one came, I went back up to the kid at the desk and said no one is there, he said “well they are getting ready for a party for tomorrow.” I said “okay so is no one making food right now?” He replied with “guess not.” Ummm okay. So we were going to play 2-3 games and get food but we left after the first game because we were hungry and was planning to eat there. Last time I was here 2 years ago it wasn’t dead. We were the only ones in here. I understand why they are dead now. Rude staff and I guess no food? Going to Monroe next time. ~Jordan

I take the whole family here regularly for haircuts, my wife and I have been customers for over 4 years. Peggy is always able to get us in on short notice and she and her daughter are super friendly. ~Bob

Walgreens needs to just close this location down. The pharmacy is almost never open anyways.. Don't make the mistake of sending your prescriptions here, especially if you need to pick up after 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. or whenever they close or on the weekends because they're closed on the weekends too.. They are closed far more than they are open; this is a pointless location! ~Jason
