It is a pretty nice gas station. Good variety of snack foods and their hot food is pretty good too. I recommend the breakfast pizza. They also have rewards that can earn you free stuff too.

Yo! The dude with the blue hair is the best cashier. He's always friendly and fast and courteous. This place has a reputation of getting rid of his best employees but they better not get rid of him because I'll never come back if they do. I'm getting tired of having to learn new faces every time I come in for coffee

Just went in for a biscuits and gravy and associate in purple shirt put the biscuits in with a tiny drizzle of gravy. I asked if I could get more and he said sure, but barely put anything in. I'm not a bird, I don't eat scraps. When people come in to buy, they should get what they ask for. Anything else is an insult to our intelligence and your derilect food item can now sit on the counter. Got a crispy chicken sandwch instead that was soggy AF Can y'all do anything right?

The Freeport IL location is ALWAYS out of coffee creamer! They have enough in stock for about 2 days, and then a 2 to 3 week period before you will see any creamer again. Seriously?

Horrible experience. Cashier wasnt using the register correctly and it wouldn't take my card. Finally she hit the button on her side but continued to tell me it was my fault, then decided to answer her personal cellphone in the middle of checking me out and didn't say anything when my transaction was complete just continued taking a personal call in the middle of helping a line of customers.

So ordered online today, said 20 minutes. So okay no biggy, got to the store earlier and the lady making the wraps and sandwiches checked and realized it hadn’t been started. I’m an easy going person, but within seconds she started my pizza and was offered something to drink while I wait and was overall nice. It’s good to see that this store still has good customer service. Go to this place all the time for lunch, and never had a problem. Glad to see people still take care of customers!

I would have given a better rating but since the Covid-19 pandemic the employees don't follow the same rules as customers. I was in there a few days ago and a woman was in the kitchen area eating a donut with gloves on and serving people without changing gloves. It's bad enough eating around other people's food but to wear the same gloves serving people and cooking food while wearing the same gloves your eating with is just gross. Then today, there is a sign on the door, at the register and several other places in the store requiring customers to wear masks at all times but the cashier was not wearing one at all.

In general, I think Casey's do a great job. However I stopped at the Shannon store that said masks were required. Not only did none of the other customers have masks, but one employee did not have one and another was only covering her mouth and not her nose.

Called ahead to order Taco Pizza. Wasn't ready as promised, she said they had gotten busy, which can happen. It wasn't a big deal and I wanted the pizza, so I waited...20 mins longer. We'll see how next time goes. Service was friendly though. Pizza was delicious!

Go to Casey's for gas, E-85, at $1.95 a gallon it saves a bit of money. Now the issue. Fueled up 18 gallons and ordered two large pizzas for what the sign outside on the wall said would be $9.99 with one topping each. Drove three blocks away and thought that was pretty expensive. Pulled over, looked at the receipt and it was $9.99 each. I drove back and before I made a fool of myself, I looked at the sign. In small print a different color than the rest was the word each. I went inside and and told them the sign is very deceptive. A refund was offered as I walked out. I refused and just won't return. Now the sign has been changed, I would bet my complaint was one of many.
