Car wash kiosk has been broken for quite some time and there is no sign telling customers of that so we literally tried using the machine for 10 minutes before giving up since we thought we were doing something wrong put a sign on it saying broken pay inside

I entered the station to use the "facilities" and both were closed for cleaning, however my situation was urgent. I was told I could use the facility, by a woman with a very nasty tone, but she would just have to "redo the whole thing" I thanked her. And profusely thanked her as I was leaving, explaining again that it was an emergency and I was extremely grateful. Her response: not one word, only a glare.
