Visiting from out of state, and the battery in our van died. We were able to get it charged enough to drive it to Advance Auto Parts in Brookville, and Tracy and Jeremy were both very helpful in testing the battery, finding a replacement, and installing the new one for free. Highly recommend this location!

I went in last year, because I had a lot of trouble with my car battery. I dread going to anything Auto shop related because since I'm female I get talk down to or talk to differently. But, when I went in this time. A man named James Catalfino. Helped me, this is the best experience I've had with anything car related. He was patient, kind, and very helpful. He answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. He even helped me install the new battery (because I didn't know how) he is the only person I'll be dealing with If I need anything for my car. And I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family.

The 2 guys working were very helpful after I’ve went to 2 other stores. They both had knowledge of why my battery wasn’t holding a charge and replaced it after they tried to charge it (store policy). They made sure they explained my warranty on the battery and also helped me with another purchase.

Daughter and I stopped by because have a loose connection on a battery post. Went in looking for a fix to keep it from slipping so much. Amin was the one that helped us. Really appreciated her help and her genuine down to earth straight-forward character. I always enjoy meeting people that seem relatable to you rather than acting like a fast talking/untrustworthy sales person. Thank you Amin!! Would definitely recommend them.

Went here for a part and it said it was in stock but they figured out it wasn't so I am guessing they have a problem with employees stealing. But they ordered it for me and had me pick it up at a different location. The female staff was nice and acting like she wanted to be there while two men acting like they didn't want to be there and hated their jobs. They do get the job done. I prefer AutoZone but I was closer to this store.

We were traveling through on our way back to Virginia when we needed to get some ratchet straps for our load, & a few nails to help secure wood panels, but while they didn't have any nails in stock, John, was wonderful enough to go out to his vehicle to give us some of his own. He even gave us a pair of rubber mechanics gloves to put under our ratchet straps so our concrete load wouldn't cut these straps as they had done the previous ones . Very friendly and very very helpful!
