Made an appointment by phone for myself and 3 friends for 11am and we didn’t get called for our appointment until 11:40. We sat with our feet in water for over a half hour before we were even helped. One of us was overlooked and others were helped who came in after us. She had her feet soaking for over 40 minutes. By the time we were done with our pedicures they realized they didn’t take care of her. They gave her a rushed, fast painting of the toes and did not apologize for not taking care of her. As we paid, I was yelled at by the door that I didn’t pay when I just paid for myself and the other who didn’t get hers done when we all did. Complete and utter hot mess and no discount for the mistake THEY made. Never ever again will I set foot in this place. They had us pay way more than what we should have.

Made an appointment... got here and still had to wait 40 minutes before even being seated. They originally put me in a pedicure chair that was wobbling on the floor and didn't even have the massage feature. Finally moved me to another chair and I sat with my feet in the water for another 40 minutes and still was not taken care of. I got up and put my shoes on to THEN be recognized that I still hadn't been done. Meanwhile my 3 other friends were done by this point. Ended up just getting a polish change...then charged me 33 dollars.

I wanted a pedicure with GEL. Instead they did regular polish. My toes look like the polish was put on with a rag. Its awful So tomorrow night i will go to Unix to get a pedicure and GEL polish. I wish I could post pictures. I will never go back. Service: Pedicure

I wanted an appt. I called ahead manager answered and I said I wanted a 1:30 appt. He said yes 1:30 is fine and I tried to give my name and he hung up. Ok fine. 2:45 I walk out the door. No service. Never felt like a nobody more than today. Never going back again. Lost a prominent long term customer

Had to pamper myself. As always Le's was great! Had a spa Pedi with gel polish, a full set with gel polish, and brows waxed. All at a reasonable price! They're usually packed and today was no exception, but they got me in fast!

I asked for the pic on the left. The pic on the right is what I got🤨 So I had them cut the nails off. If my nails looked any way similar to what I asked for I would have been satisfied. I’m not gonna pay for something I didn’t ask for when all the Tech had to say was I can’t do that!! Service: Gel manicures

We had a 10:00 pedicure appointment. They put us in our chairs right when we got there, but with no communication and it now 10:45, we had to leave. They never even checked on our water, which had gotten cool by that time. The massage chairs could also use some updating. Seems like they take on way more clients than they can handle. This was on a Saturday, so a middle of the week appointment might work out better. If you have a scheduled day, I would not recommend it, since even making an appointment doesn't seem to matter.

The service was fast and the people were nice, but it doesn’t make up for the quality and price of the nails. I’ve only had my gel nail polish on for a couple days and there are already chips and the polish on the tops of my fingernails is already wearing down and catching on clothing. The polish also doesn’t have great thickness and coverage. It’s just not as good as I’ve gotten from other places and definitely not worth $40. Service: Gel manicures
